Excellent service from Nazia

I moved to Julian Wadden a couple of months ago to manage my properties. There were some initial issues due to the change over of agents and one of the agents hadn’t handled it well but Nazia stepped in and very efficiently managed to sort everything out. Nazia is very professional, polite and helpful and has sorted out any problems with tenants with quick efficiency and prompt action. She is the reason I would recommend Julian Wadden as a great agency to join.

We have used Julian Wadden the last year whilst we worked in Manchester. We had a Ryan Skelton as our assigned agent and I must stay he was excellent. When we had any issues with the property they always took our emails seriously and replied with haste to make sure we were comfortable. I just say I have been impressed from the first day until the last as the dedication to their role and making sure we are happy. Thanks again Ryan, if only all housing agents in other companies are as good as you!

With the increased demand in rental properties in South Manchester due to the COVID housing boom, trying to find somewhere to rent has been more challenging than expected. After scouring the usual property portals such as Rightmove, a number of enquiries were made to various different local agents. Regrettably, the response from majority of agents was poor, and more often than not said agents were not answering phone calls or responding to answering machine messages. I cannot compliment Julian Wadden enough, especially Lauren who was proactive in providing the property details and professional in answering any queries we had. Despite strong interest from other parties, she helped us secure a rental property in our preferred location of Heaton Moore. The best and truest recommendation I can give is that I would be more than happy to work with Julien Wadden & Lauren in the future, and hope to do so.

We would highly recommend going through the process of renting and viewing properties with with Julian Wadden - The Heatons. Lauren was exceptional - our situation was very difficult as there was loads of applicants and a strange process with the landlord living in a different time zone! With this, it was a very stressful and long process but Lauren was so attentive and kept me updated every day until the decision was made. She was very warming and understanding which was a first for me. For me, it was the perfect experience and even with such a difficult process, Lauren made it as easy as possible. Even after the application process, she has been very clear in communicating what we need to do. Would 100% recommend :)

I am definitely recommending Julian Wadden Estate Agents and Lettings Agents to anyone and everyone looking to let or buy a house. It is my first time looking to let in the UK and Lauren especially has been very professional, warm & understanding: she is like an angel. Alex who was there when I went for viewing was very professional, calm and jovial. I suppose the JW at the Heatons are all awesome because anytime I put a call across and Lauren was not there to pick, those (Julian, Georgina etc) that pick my calls have been very kind and attended to me very good.

Terrible experience all round

Terrible experience overall with this company. Impossible to get in touch with first of all, whenever you enquire about a property they send you an automated email with a survey. Have filled that out about 5 times and there is absolutely no point, they never get back to you and imagine they are just taking my details for advertising. Finally did manage to make it to a viewing and had to take time off work for it, only for the estate agent to bring the wrong keys. Absolutely appalling and not customer friendly at all. Also during COVID none of them wore masks in the office.

I’ve never an estate agent who are so rude, and blame everyone else, we have spoken to the general manager, Ryan Skelton , on a number of occasions blamed everyone else but himself or is members of staff, he even said I was paying my cousin rent to him and my cousin was subletting, this was not the case, and this can be proven to the estate agent, we have loads emails, stating that the person was living at this address, and they fully aware of this, what I don’t like is people telling lies, I’m one who dosent lie, this estate agent has caused nothing but issue after issue, calls have been made to them, to be told we would get a phone call back, This on occasions didn’t happen,same with emails , this wasn’t professional and when people are looking to sell there house,they would be shocked at the manner in the way they treat there clients,they even sent someone out to do viewings,who was rude and very unprofessional, I would avoid at all cost this estate agent,
