I went to view a rental and took the kids along, explained it’s a great location for the kids etc.I was told ‘ we will let you know in 24 hours the landlords response’They told me the landlord was on holiday and would call when they’re back.Left me a week and said don’t worry we will be in touch.The truth is they had chosen an applicant and kept me hanging on for a week just in case their main applicants application fell through !Unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend them at all based on their lack of customer service and transparency .
