GoogleI just want to say thank you to Alex and the rest of the team for the outstanding service they provided in selling our house in Heaton Mersey. As absentee owners, we were completely dependent on them for all aspects of the marketing, showing and sale. They were exceptionally helpful, professional and informative throughout the process. We have sold quite a few properties over the years and these are, without doubt, the best agents we have used.

The whole team have been absolutely brilliant from the very beginning to the very end of of our house buying and selling process. A special mention for Nicky who has been outstanding! We've both bought and sold with them and throughout the process they have been extremely helpful and responsive, professional and polite and, most importantly, got both the sale and the purchase done with minimal fuss. We couldn't be happier with the service we've had; they are the polar opposite of the experiences we've had with other estate agents in the past, so we won't use anyone else from now on. Totally unprofessional with poor levels of service.I own 5 properties that used to be rented through Harvey Scott. Julian Wadden took over and I thought great as Harvey Scott were awful to say the least. How wrong I was. When there's an issue with any of my properties it takes days if ever to get a reply. Every one is either sick or on holiday. When it comes to tenants moving out they have no idea about prices in the local area and ask me to rent a 2 bed semi with 2 parking spaces in the centre of Macclesfield for £800. This price you get a very basic terraced house with no parking. They tell me their customer service is the best I will ever get through any estate agent and I feel they consistently make my life Hell. They make over £400 a month from my properties they "maintain" I'm told I have to authorise all expenses yet they seem to do as they please and book emergency plumbers without authorisation when emergency was not required as the tenant had two toilets one functioning as normal.I can no longer deal with this company they have to go !!

I couldn't recommend Julian Wadden highly enough to manage the most stressful and complicated process of buying and selling property. From the start of the process, with great marketing material, to the end of the process with our eventual exchange they have been brilliant. The communication between Nicola Viner has been outstanding, at times I am sure she went above and beyond her job to get things done. I love the online portal, making viewing and offers easy to see. My flat sold in less than 1 week and the whole process, just over 3 months. It wasn't always smooth but the calm and reassuring expertise from Nicola guided us through. GoogleWe had a great experience recently buying a home through Julian Wadden Heatons Branch. We were helped by Frankie and Alex during our purchase, both who were extremely helpful throughout the process and were always available to answer queries and to follow up on outstanding parts of the process. They were also very sympathetic to our situation of living in another city whilst buying in Manchester and were very helpful in facilitating visits from various service providers to the home to carry out surveys etc. Frankie in particular was extremely valuable during a mini-crisis with our original mortgage provider in dealing with the seller and keeping the process on track and we are very grateful for that. My personal circumstances were listened too and acknowledged and all the help I needed was provided. Bradley has answered all my questions and has been more than happy to do so. Having never rented a property through a lettings agency before its a brand new experience for me and Bradley has made it simple, easy and stress free. Becoming a single mama is hard enough, let alone becoming a single mama thats been made homeless due to a relationship breakdown and Bradley has been a true asset to the team and made a single mama very happy, relaxed and now excited to be moving into her new home.
