A friendly face at the viewing, happy to chat all about the property and provide as much information as she was able to. GoogleScarlett and Amy have been fantastic at supporting us to rent a new home. They couldn’t have been more helpful and always responded quickly when we had questions or needed anything. The rental market in Manchester can be very hectic, but these 2 helped to make sure everything went as smoothly as it could be and we felt very supported. I would highly recommend Julian Wadden for anyone looking for a new home and would definitely use them again.

Been trying to contact Didsbury office for 3 days by phone to arrange two viewings whilst in Manchester (we live 300 miles away) . Only option was to leave message but calls not returned. Was eventually put through by very helpful lady in their Heatons branch only to be told unpleasantly that they couldn’t fit us in as they were too busy. Sellers, don’t use this firm!! Appalling customer service

Please don't use these agents! If I could give them zero, I would. They are shockingly unprofessional, unequipped to deal with even basic tasks and unhelpful at all levels. And their unfair uplifts on all maintenance charges are scandalous and unjustified. They are just not a good firm to deal with and there are other far more professional and efficient agents you could use.

I recently met with Hayley Murray regarding a rental property I own. They had taken over management of it following acquisition of the business from anther Agent, who had not done what they had contracted to do, were difficult to contact and were largely useless. I have had experience of 3 previous Agents over the years all of whom have been poor. Hayley was very helpful and is helping resolve issues I had with the last Agent. I have not had any issues with Julian Waddens their service has been streets ahead of all other agents I have used thus far. Long may it continue.
