If I could give 0 starts I 100% would…

If I could give 0 stars I 100% would without a doubt.Such an unprofessional company who honestly need to get their act together. They are liars and highly unprofessional in our eyes for getting us into a difficult position with our landlord. Had nothing but problems with them since September due to their lack of administrative ability from the inception of our tenancy in March. This stemmed from incorrect information provided to us about the deposit required, our scheduled rental payment dates and the commencement date of our rent. This in turn caused our landlord to be under the assumption that we had underpaid hundreds of pounds, thus chasing us for said payment for over 2 months. Since September we have had an ongoing issue with them that is yet to be resolved.The problems we have had with Julian Wadden have caused undue stress and anxiety during the time of a global pandemic which in itself caused stress and anxiety.If you care about your mental heath and wellbeing, I would definitely recommend using any other estate agent in Stockport. I have seen more professionalism from a circus than I have from Julian Wadden.

Sold a house with Julian Wadden Marple. Absolutely terrible experience. Felt bullied and intimidated as they wanted me to move out before the agreed date with solicitors. Even though I was paying them commission I was made to feel they were representing the seller whom was paying them nothing. Shocking. The sales staff just wanted their money and commission. Terrible customer service! I would never recommend Julian Wadden.

Unprofessional to say the least!!!!! Shocking company !!! Needs shutting down !

Booked a viewing for a property I very much looked forward to.. Got the day off work to be left stood outside the house In the rain to be told they apparently had no record of myself and my partner absolutely shocking and SO unprofessional To then be told they cancelled on us day before which is clearly a LIE. Shocking company needs shutting down. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! Very rude And very unprofessional Manger doesn’t care that he’s Employed aloud of liars and clearly thinks it’s acceptable to waste peoples time Getting days from work during a pandemic !!! Disgusting !!! I will be reporting this estate agent further as this isn’t the first time I believe they’ve wasted ALOT of peoples time and money

This will take a while to tell but a great job was done. Two conventional estate agents plus an on-line option to achieve a valuation. Wadden were first and the magnificent garden room was fully appreciated . The highest valuation and a positive urge to sell. The second local sent the Reddish valuer who undervalued by £40k compared to the achieved price. The on-line had valued the property before she had arrived and the garden room was irrelevant. Market averages only apply. £15k below sale price. Also hidden prices to progress the sale. The marketing took a little longer than expected but that was due to the rain and rain and rain in July as the outside shots needed to do justice. Got to be good. We had a Hiccup down to my solicitors but the support was great and in the end I paid less for a premium service than I would have to sell at a lower price with the others. Ten views in the first week but there was an obvious candidate from day one and so I can not talk about later service because we were in negotiations within a fortnight. James

I rented a property from Julian Wadden for just over two years. Whenever anything needed fixing they were fast and professional to deal with, and returned my deposit fairly at the end of the tenancy. Their fees - which have now been rightly banned - were high but compared to some other estate agent horror stories, they were very pleasant to deal with. Having just bought a property I am in no rush to move again any time soon but when I do, I'd be happy to deal with this company again.

Georgia from the lettings team helped me find our perfect family home. With a tight timescale I was beginning to panic, but Georgia reassured me with the statement "don't worry we will find you something" and she did. She was so much more attentive than any of the other agents in the area. No matter how many questions I asked, she answered them quickly and professionally. Julian Wadden did a brilliant job in what was a nightmare conveyancing process with our buyer’s super difficult solicitor, and our solicitor was not any better. House buying/selling can be an emotional process if you need to move to a new home urgently because of family circumstances. The last thing you need is solicitors doing their best to delay the process, and the fear of the whole thing falling through at the last moment. Bernie and Emily from Julian Wadden are the best - we were lucky we had them as our estate agents. Professional, friendly, understanding, and very helpful, the number of times they have been on the phone to the solicitors is incredible - I can’t thank them enough for their support throughout a very very stressful process.
