GoogleExcellent highly professional service. Julian Wadden find tenants quickly, respond fast to tenant queries, communicate effectively and generally look after my properties. Critically they do listen to landlord feedback and I know that excellent customer service really does matter to all the team. For me JW are in a class of their own and the agent of choice. I have experienced most of the other agents in HM and Didsbury. JW are the best on every level.

Bradley sorted out my application and referencing and he was more than happy to help with any queries on the process or the property. Super easy process, all well set out and managed!

Terrible customer service will be making a formal complaint to the ombudsman! Made an offer on a property, not once did they ring me, I had to ring them regarding progress to them be told I was to make a higher offer! Also found out after viewing property from another estate agent not JW that the house was still up for viewings! Will never ever use Julian Wadden again!
