GoogleVery helpful and nice service provided in Julian Wadden. Emails were answered very quickly, they showed us our house for a second time before we got our keys because we needed to take measurements. Highly recommended!! :)

GoogleSerious issues for tenants, would not recommend. One tenant collected their keys to find the bins overflowing, and other waste in the back garden. No action was taken over the waste for over six months, other than attempting to lay blame for the fly tipping on the council which led to the council threatening to fine the tenants. Tried to arrange viewings on the final day of a tenancy, with only an hour's notice, falsely claiming the tenants should have been out the day prior.

GoogleA very professional service from start to finish in what turned out to be a difficult market. And when the going got tough, the tough at Waddens got going. Particular thanks to Bernie McNally, who steered our sale/purchase through to completion with great finesse in some highly demanding circumstances.

GoogleI have been renting with Julian Wadden and received poor customer service. I had important repair to be made in my house and have been waiting for more than 6 months, with unanswered emails and promises to be called back that were never kept. I have been calling and writing again and again with a rare answer to my questions. My kitchen door is letting cold air passing through and we have been suffering from a very cold kitchen the all winter with a small baby crawling around. I would not recommend this agency.

Probably the worst company to rent a property through, had more then 7 issues from raw sewage in the garden for days to a giant crack in our ceiling, really poor communication, Even after all these issues they wanted to put our rent up without correcting problems! Avoid if possible

GoogleI have used Julian and Wadden, Heaton Moor office to buy and sell properties in the past. Julian and Bernie with their team create a very professional and friendly approach / environment, which makes me feel welcoming and easy to communicate with. This time. Georgina Smith helped me tremendously on selling my property, which did incur some difficulties with a large amount of negotiations with, mortgage lender ,solicitors and buyer. Georgina pulled it all together and got us over the line. Well done especially in these difficult times.
