I purchased a property which was sold by Julian Wadden in September. Leila who works in the Marple office and handled the sale was consistently rude, abrupt and condescending to myself, my husband, my solicitor and my selling agent. It made the whole process a lot more stressful and I personally ended up avoiding answering the phone to her entirely because the conversations were so unpleasant.

GoogleSad to leave this review, but stay away at all costs. Unprofessional, rude and unprepared agents. To give you an idea, during viewings nobody monitors the house and the agent just sits outside letting strangers freely roam about into your place. As a foreigner, I have never felt treated with racism in the UK other than by them; thank you Stacey for giving me an experience of how it feels like. Bring your business somewhere else.

GoogleGreat experience. Mr Fannon was the one dealing our renting application for a property in stockport. He was quick to answer, efficient and answered all of our questions throughout the process. The agency uses Goodlord to deal with paperwork (electronic signatures and deposit payment) with is quite user-friendly. So far much better service than I've experienced with other agencies.

Do not use this firm. I rented a property for 1 year from this company. I advised them i was leaving and returned the keys to their offices. They denied receiving them and have not returned my £1000 + deposit. Unbelievably they have emailed me again today saying thank you for renewing your tenancy. I left the property 1 year ago. Totally incompetent and fraudulent.
