I'm a single woman with a teenage child. I'm also on the sick.My rent is going up by £250 this month, so I'm looking for somewhere cheaper to rent.Every property I look at is a minimum of £900.I asked Julian Wadden about a flat in the town centre which was slightly cheaper than £900, and I was told 'There needs to be two of you working full time or you need a guarantor earning over £26k'I'm sorry??Are you penalising me for being single?I'm 55 years old, and even if my mum was still alive, do you really think I would ask an 85 year old lady to be my guarantor?Shocking!! Thanks for nothing.

GoogleMarley is a credit to JW. He’s shown me around properties in Heaton Moor and it’s great to interact with someone who is conscientious, engaged, and takes pride in their work. I appreciate that standing around for viewings would get mundane once you've been an agent for a while, but Marley is switched on and up for talking about property, without being overbearing or irksome. Quite a professional balance.

when we decided to sell our property, we decided to use Julian Wadden Heaton moor branch we were visited by Alex who was very informative very friendly he talked us through everything and not once did we feel pressurised which made us feel comfertable he was very good at his job so we were more than happy to go with Julian Wadden . we were then passed on to Frankie who took care of the sale of the house who kept us up to date with everything on a regular basis same again she was very informative with information from the potential buyer keeping us well informed every step of the way and always very friendly over the phone if we ever have to move again i would definitely use and recommend Julian Wadden to family and friends THANK YOU SO MUCHPHIL AND MICHELLE RUSSELL

GoogleWe received a more than excellent service and the staff are extremely friendly. Our situation was difficult but Julien wadden(Heaton Moor) worked very very hard to help us complete the sale of our house, they really did put in extra work and we will always be grateful to them. We will highly recommend them to everybody and will definitely use their service again if required in the future. We would like to make a special thanks to Mark Diamond, he is a real diamond! He worked so hard for us and always gave us his time of day to help and comfort us when really needed. Me and my family cannot express how pleased we are with Julian Wadden and their staff, they really helped us a lot and are seen as heroes.
