Any questions we have had along the way have been answered and the property we have moved into is lovely. GoogleThey didnt send me the referencing forms and when they did after 4 days, they rushed me into completing it. After that, while the lettingshub was evaluating my form, despite telling me not to worry, they started showing the flat to other people and without waiting for my application to be completed, they told me the flat was given to someone else. It was me who called up and constantly followed up on my application. VERY UPROFESSIONAL AND CARELESS!!!NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleGot a flat at London Road Heading with them, not a good experience . No doubt they have some of the most polite and helpful staff but, you may end up in a loop when things are not working properly. The heating system of the flat was not properly working and even not now after even 3 weeks of shift .On reporting, Scottfraser keep on putting the ball in the landlord's side, whereas it was mentioned that the property is managed by ScottFraser. Very Disappointed.

GoogleI have been a client of Scott Fraser for over a decade, managing my property myself but using their Lettings Sevice. I have always found everyone efficient, helpful, friendly and flexible - when I had to spend a couple of months overseas they took over the full management for the duration at a very reasonable fee. So when my circumstances altered a year ago I had no hesitation in changing to the Full Management service permanently. Despite all the problems of lockdown I continued to receive efficient service from two Property Managers, Sana Suntharamoorthy and Adam Merza. I have recently re-let the property and the Lettings Team - Paige Morgan, Frankie Poole and Paige McCann - were once again enthusiastic, helpful and professional.
