GoogleSam in the Headington office provided a great service throughout the sale process of our flat. We spoke to multi agents before settling on Scott Fraser. I was impressed by the quantity and quality of research he prepared before our valuation, this ultimately made us choose SF. The hard work continued with 8 viewings on the first day we were on the market. A detailed summary was provided of who would be viewing and then their feedback was always provided along with plenty of notice of when future viewings would be taking place. Sam eventually secured three offers, two in excess of the asking price. He also negotiated well with our chosen buyer over some eleventh hour solicitor issues.

GoogleI have tried many estate agents during my search for a rental property in Oxford, and previously in London. Scottfraser are the most reliable agent that I have encountered, there are many properties to choose from - my flat is walking distance to both my son and daughters college - and Tracey, Anna and Chloe are honest, friendly and reliable. They never disappoint you! When I first arrived in Oxford as a single parent, I did not have anyone to help me, but Scottfraser did!

GoogleWe have used Scott Fraser a couple of times now and found them to be one of the best estate agents in Oxford and we have had dealings with many of the other local agents in the city. Elaine and her colleagues at the Headington Branch are a pleasure to deal with. They are always happy to deal with any problems that crop up during a sale in an intelligent and professional manner. They keep us up to date with all conveyancing issues without focusing on the irrelevant and trivial therefore there are no pointless calls and emails which can be the case with other agents. I recommend them to anyone I know who is thinking of selling or letting in Oxford as they will be guaranteed a great service from this very approachable team.

GoogleWe're really happy with the service provided by the staff at Scott Fraser, Headington. We're in our second year at our property, and any maintenance jobs have always been dealt with quickly and professionally. When we needed to report an issue with the attitude of one of the workmen, it was handled seriously and was resolved immediately. We appreciate the professional, respectful, and friendly approach of the property managers, and trust them to look after us as tenants. We would (and do!) recommend this letting agency. Our cats love living here, too!

GoogleHaving sold our previous property through Scott Fraser, we had no hesitation in returning when we decided to put our latest property on the market. We got an offer at full guide price within a week! Our main dealings were with Jenny, who I cannot praise highly enough - she is an absolute star. I would have no hesitation in recommending Scott Fraser to friends or family - they are in a totally different league to every other agent I have come into contact with in Oxford.

GoogleOur purchase was not entirely straightforward and at times really quite stressful but throughout the transaction the Scott Fraser staff (both in the Sales, but also in the Lettings department) were highly professional but also just really delightful:- friendly and patient with a sense of perspective and humour. We were impressed that they were always proactive and entirely reliable and we felt that they had our best interests at heart all the way. We are very happy that Scott Fraser are now managing the letting of the property for us. We could not have wished for a better service.

Communication was excellent, contact was always very prompt, accurate and professional, and the team leading our sale were always patient, understanding, calm and reassuring when necessary. Scott Fraser provided us with a Total Quality Service that would be the envy of any service provider and, based on our experience, I would highly recommend them to any prospective house vendor or purchaser.

GoogleExcellent service. We did not even ask any other estate agent to value our property such was our faith in the team at Scott Fraser. Always friendly, helpful, approachable and supportive they steered our sale through at the most tricky of times. They are willing to help out in any way they can including helping to clear our property and taking meter readings for us when we were in isolation. Can highly recommend.

GoogleWe've purchased three properties via Scott Fraser now. They are head & shoulders the best, nicest and easiest to deal with of any estate agent we walked through the door of. Each time they've had (or found) exactly what we were looking for and the price we were willing to pay. The process was smooth; their organisation superb. I couldn't recommend more highly and in the rough & tumble world of estate agenting, that's not something said lightly.
