GoogleScott Fraser have been a very easy and helpful agency to deal with. After a slow start to find tenants, they even offered to reduce their letting fee in order to make my proposed rent more affordable and get tenants in quickly. All enquiries and issues with the house have been dealt with swiftly with positive outcomes. If you're an absentee landlord and want to rent your house with peace of mind, I can definitely recommend them.

All the staff were very thorough and made me feel like I was their most important client. I chose them because they were easy to deal with and a small enough team to give personal attention throughout the sale process. I would definitely choose SF again for both buying and selling.

GoogleWe have recently used Scott Fraser to find tenants for our house and they have been excellent. They gave us good advice about the best way to market the house and found us tenants almost immediately! They are a pleasure to communicate with - always very quick to respond to queries and sort things out. If you are considering renting out a house in the Headington area, I can't recommend them enough.

GoogleAn absolute shambles This company have caused me nothing but a headache from beginning to end with their sheer disorganisation. The moving in process was easy, but whenever we needed anything doing it would take weeks to get it repaired and sorted. Always read the small print, you won't get everything you want back in your deposit - even if it does arrive FOUR MONTHS late!

GooglePretty poor, didn't really respond to emails, just send an email saying by the way we are coming tomorrow to do some kind of maintenance or inspection and will collect keys and let themselves in with out waiting for a response, would not use them for my own property, but hey they are estate agents, should we really expect a really professional service??
