GoogleWhat a great agency! They have sold property for me in the past and I would just keep going back to them time and time again! A great thanks to Adrian, Elaine and the other members of the team who were involved in the sale of my property. It was certainly not a straightforward sale but you managed it well. A special thanks to Elaine and Adrian who went over and above what one might expect! I would recommend them without hesitation!

She consistently kept all parties informed, ensuring there were no delays or surprises. It was incredibly reassuring to know that we were always updated and understood what was happening next. GoogleWorking with Hannah was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! She is everything you could want in a real estate agent: knowledgeable, patient and had great communication. From our first viewing, she took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided me through every step of the renting process and the different options. We viewed a few different properties to find the one that was best for us and the ones we viewed with Hannah were the most memorable and where we ended up choosing. Hannah’s communication was top-notch. she was always quick to respond, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident at each stage. She went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and even enjoyable. I never felt pressured, just supported by someone who genuinely wanted the best for me. I would not choose to work with anyone else.

GoogleMy sister sold her house through Scott Fraser Summertown, and the experience was five-star from start to finish. So, when I decided to sell my flat in Headington, I didn’t consider any other agent, Scott Fraser was my first choice, although I had to go through the Headington branch. I did get valuations from other reputable agents in Headington, but I ultimately chose Scott Fraser based on my sister’s positive experience and because their approach felt more grounded and aligned with my expectations. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be very different. It was a frustrating eight months marked by constant chasing and complaints. Catherine Dernie was fair and realistic with the valuation, and the property sold within a month of being listed. The photography and marketing were handled professionally. What I didn’t realise at the time was that once the property was sold, the case would be passed on to Elaine to manage the sales progression. After the sale was agreed, I received no updates for over three months. I had to chase repeatedly for information and eventually lodged a complaint before I received any meaningful updates. This pattern of chasing continued all the way to completion. Unfortunately, the delays, many of which were caused by slow responses from the buyer and their solicitors, resulted in financial losses that could have been avoided. Even at the point of completion, they were still asking for documents they’d had for months. While I appreciate the initial professionalism shown by Catherine and the quality of marketing, my overall experience with the Headington branch was disappointing. I would consider recommending Scott Fraser Headington, if they had a stronger and more responsive admin and sales progression team.

The service we recived at ScottFraser most recently, has been particularly helpful, attentive, and geared towards understanding our needs. Feedback was actively sought and new ideas developed. The agent showed great initiative in finding us new places, while also pointing out any aspects that may not be in line with what we were looking for, thereby confirming engagement with our needs. We can happily recommend ScottFraser.

GoogleElla was extremely helpful in finding a house for me! She was very very fast in responding and also with getting all of the paperwork up and ready. She was always looking for ways to update me on housing situations, and in the end was able to find me the perfect home in a very short time frame! Great staff and super helpful.

From the start Simon and Catherine have been excellent and through the various houses that we have tried to buy they have been there to support us. GoogleWe just moved to a new flat managed by Scottfraser, Callum was really helpful along the way from our first visit and helping us until finding the right fit. He was always willing to answer to our questions, always responsive and with a great attitude! It's not a 5 star review as the move-in process hasn't been as clear as the previous phase. For instance we haven't been contacted by our property manager, even though we reached out as soon as we got their details.

The staff I have worked with have been professional, supportive and empathetic, and helped where so many others would have just called it a day. From the day I viewed the studio flat with Amelia, to the amazing support and patience Marta provided me and my client to secure the accommodation, right through to collecting the keys. GoogleExtremely Unhygienic and Urgent Situation Ignored I am a tenant dealing with an ongoing health hazard in the form of raw fecal matter erupting into our car park. This issue was reported by both myself (4pm yesterday) and by my neighbor early this morning (9 AM) By 4 PM this evening, it had worsened. Despite marking my email as urgent, the response from Benjamin Nujeerallee was delayed, and his follow-up with the landlord resulted in nothing but requests for more information. I escalated the matter to his manager, Adam Bevan, who deflected responsibility, claiming it was the building manager's issue. It doesn’t matter who’s responsible, as agents, they should be addressing this immediately with whomever they deem appropriate. The situation is disgusting and grossly unhygienic, particularly considering that my household includes doctors and surgeons who are on call and need access to their vehicles. This lack of urgent attention is unacceptable for any tenant, and the exposure to such unsanitary conditions is appalling. What’s more appalling is having to write a Google review to get the matter sorted.

GoogleI wish to share our customer experience recently with your organization. Hannah went beyond customer service to offer accommodation to my sister’s family. She has an excellent skill in negotiating and understanding customer needs. Furthermore, her patience in sorting out the practical challenges and problem-solving ability helped the success of her business. Apart from that she was very keen on maintaining the legal requirements of the organization while providing exceptional customer service. She was very clear in her communication, and we felt safe while facing unexpected challenges. (E.g., She understood our situation and reached the post office at Headington and checked my sister’s BRP as an exceptional service) We wish all the best for her success in business and her career progress.

GoogleOur experience with Scott Fraser was abysmal. We attempted to arrange a viewing with them. On the day they turned up 15 minutes late, then realised they had forgotten the keys. They told us they would rearrange for the next day and send us a virtual viewing video- but we were never called or sent the video. So we phoned to arrange another viewing... Come the day of the viewing we phone to confirm we are still attending and they say they have no record of the viewing! They then arranged a third viewing for this property and again said they would send a video... No video was ever sent. They also heavily pushed the no deposit option, which is clearly a scam targeting those who can't pull a deposit together. I would absolutely avoid this zero deposit option as it will cost you significantly more in the long term. Although, I question whether they would actually rent to anyone who doesn't choose this option as it must produce significant income for them. We did manage to view a property with them and put in an offer but they never they never told us the outcome of the application. Eventually, we found a house through another letting agents and the experience has been night and day. I am relieved Scott Fraser never accepted our offer as I can't imagine having to deal with this level of unprofessionalism and incompetence. Avoid Scott Fraser if you value your time.

From my initial inquiry to the finalization of my lease, they were always available to answer my questions and address any concerns and my go-to person was Jamie, and my Property Manager Sarah Boyens, her prompt response to requests has been so helpful, I couldn’t have asked for more.

Being French, we were not familiar with English rental methods, but Callum was able to guide us and give us the confidence to sign our new tenancy agreement.
