GoogleWe rented through this agency from 2022 to 2025 and received great service throughout the entire period. Whenever an issue came up in the house, we could report it easily, and the team responded quickly. They always came as soon as possible to check the problem and made sure it was properly fixed. Overall, a reliable and professional agency, highly recommended.

GoogleI was looking to relocate to Oxford at quite short notice and, as I was living far away, had to rely on video viewings before applying for tenancies. Natasha at Scott Fraser was understanding about this, replied with video tours very promptly and always let us know the outcome of our offers as soon as possible. GoogleTo sell a house on a chain is an extremely stressful experience, especially when everyone is trying to catch the stamp duty holiday deadline. Luckily, Catherine was experienced and helpful enough to help us go through the whole process. She helped to find a buyer on the first visit. Although the first transaction fall through, she helped to find another buyer in three weeks and get the transaction comoleted in five weeks. She is professional, dedicated, patient and gorgeous. Highly recommended!

GoogleI have recently moved to Oxford and was looking for a new home in Headington. I saw two properties that interested me and then contacted ScottFraser to book viewings. I spoke with Page on the phone, who was really kind and booked them for the next day. When I went to visit the properties, Emma was the agent showing me around and she was just brilliant. A very polite, friendly and honest young lady who helped me finding my home. Natasha King, the manager in the Headington branch, was very welcoming, professional and helpful. She helped me understanding the process involved in putting an offer and choosing the best options to suit my needs. The offer was promptly accepted by the landlady, and we are now finalising the paperwork. So far so good. I really hope it continuous to be a happy experience when I finally move in and start the tenancy in a couple of months. I am looking forward to receiving the same professional and efficient treatment when the tenancy starts and throughout it.

We had difficulties in understanding more than a few things about paperwork while renting the property. She was amazingly patient in all those instances, always quick to respond and helpful at her best. I'm pretty sure she would do great in this profession.

GoogleWe went for a viewing with Scott Fraser and we really liked the house so we put down an offer. They weirdly pushed a lot the no-deposit scheme, which we didn't chose as we wanted to pay our full deposit at the beginning of the tenancy. After we completed our application, the agency told us they would stay in touch. They never did. At every call we made we got the same answer :"we will let you know tomorrow". That was over ten days ago. They never even bothered to pick up the phone to let us know the landlord's decision. So, if you are looking for a professional agency look somewhere else, you can find a better service somewhere else.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleMy wife and I have recently sold and bought houses with Scott Fraser in the last 6 months and I would strongly recommend the team; esp the Headington branch which we dealth with. From a sales point of view, Simon Liddicot was really helpful when it came to scheduling viewings around our work and keeping us abreast of developments. He also gave us some advice on a lawful development certificate that we needed as part of the sale, which was above and beyond. Purchasing is equally stressful but again the team at Scott Fraser (Elaine Norrie and Catherine Dernie) made the process as smooth as possible from our point of view. We completed quickly (especially in the current market) and were grateful to Elaine for keeping a watchful eye on the process in the background. GoogleAdrian and his entire team at Scott Fraser made a delicate house purchase and sale happen, which undoubtedly would have fallen through had it been one of their local competitors. The complete level of service from all areas of his team kept things proceeding in some tricky circumstances, pushing things forwards, and communicating to all parties. We were difficult customers; viewing and offering on our dream house without having organised a mortgage, being a company director with no accounts, managing some difficult negotiations with the seller, genuinely finding the best purchasers for the house, and dealing with some genuinely difficult issues. We never considered everything like this that would need to be organised behind the scenes before we asked Scott Fraser to sell our house, we are so glad as if we hadn’t we would not be in our dream house now. GoogleI have been very impressed by the service we received from Scott Fraser in Headington, and I would highly recommend them. Selling your house can be a protracted process at the best of times, and we needed to sell during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic. Simon and Elaine are very professional and highly experienced estate agents with thorough and up to date knowledge of the property market. Both were very friendly and helpful and offered sound advice. Simon guided us through the process and advised on sale price and marketing. Elaine handled negotiations with prospective buyers and the eventual buyer, and put in a great deal of work on our behalf. Communication was excellent and I always received regular updates while the sale was going through. Thank you!
