GoogleGreat service. Callum, the person who guided us and helped us throughout the whole renting and moving process was amazing. Most of the places we tried before didn’t accept us, but Callum has spent loads of his time helping us find the right place. Calling and doing check ups with us about everything. Top service.

GoogleMy husband and I decided to move from London to Oxford and we have had a great experience with Scott Fraser whilst trying to find a new home. Our main point of contact has been Frankie Poole who upon meeting at a viewing was extremely professional, attentive, and helpful. Upon informing her we also have a toddler, she was also able to provide us with local school information without being prompted - truly informative and knowledgeable of the local area. Google"In my experience the very best estate agent in the Headington area are by far Adam Sayers and the team at ScottFraser. With Scottfraser I found business people but with a realism to valuations along with honesty, integrity and loyalty that I can't say I've found with other agents I've sold with. They weren't going to promise an unachievable price, get you on a long contract and at the end of the first month, tell you we need to drop the price, and that can happen with other agents. I sold with the team at Scottfraser, Headington and if you try them I know you will find a different type of estate agent, I did."

GoogleReally helpful organisation. Both the selling and letting departments were very helpful. In particular Frankie. She took it upon herself to proactively identify properties that were appropriate and was flexible with seeing properties when one became unavailable at short notice. The organisation to move in was very thorough and efficient. The check pre move in was highly effective and any issues were dealt with promptly with no chasing required. If moving to headington I would definitely recommend heading into their office and discuss needs with them.

GoogleScott Frasier, particularly Liam, were amazing during our house hunt. They helped us figure out UK rental rules and were very patient with us with our endless email pestering. We finally got to meet Liam once we arrived to Oxford and he was even more amazing in real life. He took us to see a few places and insisted on paying for the taxi. We ultimately ended up finding the right property using another agent, however Liam was definitely the most attentive, personable and knowledgeable person we dealt with.

GoogleExcellent, friendly and superbly professional service! Was renting a property as an international student in Oxford - they went out of their way to arrange a remote viewing for me and despite some issues and differences between us and them over various things (bound to happen in any tenancy negotiation), Scott Fraser walked us through all the way and we sorted out everything with them professionally and amicably - and they went out of their way to help us where their professional responsibilities allowed it. In a town where unscrupulous letting agents often prey on unwary students (and perhaps even unwary landlords, heaven knows) Scott Fraser was the opposite of everything I feared and I couldn't recommend them more. Thanks especially to Paige, Elsa, Kierra and the teams that backed them up.

GoogleNovember 2019 Francesca Poole did it again, made us feel at ease with her exceptional courteous and professional attitude and kind tone. She promptly provided the service my mother needed. Thank you Frankie for making us feel welcome at Scott Fraser. January 2019 My mother just had heart surgery four weeks ago. Natasa, Paige, Amy you all helped her feel at ease and got her a rental property just few steps from home, just what she needed. Thank you. Our search started for a house on 20 Dec and all matters including references and other admin had been concluded by 27 Dec in the most professional manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scott Fraser and thank them for making what we expected to be a difficult and stressful process easy and stress free and all with unfailing courtesy!

GoogleAbsolutely hilarious to see all of these fake 5 star reviews. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Shortly after moving into my building, my neighbours and I spent hours commiserating about how terrible they are. NO customer service skills, they don't follow through on promises, don't care about rundown properties, etc. I am currently in the process of reporting them to my council, the ombudsman and their accreditation agencies. Let's see if that gets them to care. They should be ashamed of the employees they have working for them. There is a special room in hell reserved for these unethical people.

GoogleI recently completed purchasing a property in Headington as a first time buyer. The property was advertised on the Scott Fraser website and the team were very quick and professional in arranging several viewings of the property for me. Throughout the process Scott Fraser, and in particular Jowan Brown, were always on hand to answer my many questions and help me submit all the correct documentation needed. I'm very happy with my purchase and the professionalism that Scott Fraser employed throughout the process. They always treated me as if i was a top priority client and not as just yet another customer. I would recommend Jowan Brown and his colleuages to any other first time buyer!

GoogleScott Fraser both managed the very recent sale of my family home and manage the property I am now renting. Catherine Hanscombe (as the selling agent) has been excellent, from start to finish. She has actively managed the sale through a protracted lead up to exchange. She was extremely professional, consistently "went the extra mile" and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Other estate agencies could learn a great deal from Catherine and her excellent team. Similarly, Katie, the Letting Manager has managed the challenging deadlines of marrying the difficult timings of the sale with the new rental tenancy. It has been difficult time but both Katie and her team were supportive, reactive and highly professional throughout. Thank you!

GoogleScott Fraser were brilliant from the start. We had used two different agents previously with no success and had lost confidence in the whole process. Scott Fraser totally changed our mind on this. Everyone was super friendly and professional, we were always kept up to date and queries answered with no delays. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone for selling their property. Our main contact Elaine was just brilliant and totally lovely. We felt totally confident in her and the rest of the team. I would happily give more stars if I could.

GoogleVery poor experience with this estate agent. He showed me a property that was in an unacceptable state, messy, dirty, and clearly not cleaned or prepared for viewing. He then pressured me into signing up for a non-deposit scheme that involved a subscription fee, which I later found out is non-refundable under any circumstance. After that, he completely ignored my follow-up messages asking for updates. Unprofessional, pushy, and unreliable.

GoogleWorst experience from a letting agent ever. I'm writing this I'm the hope I get a reply from them as I've been waiting for weeks despite constantly trying to contact them. If I could rate 0 stars I would. We have been waiting over 2 months to get our deposit back. I have been contacting our property manager regularly via email and telephone but he has rarely replied to us. On the rare occasion he replied he mentioned he sent the check out report to my mother in law, who cannot speak English despite me saying to them for 3 years that they needed to send things to myself or my husband. On the report they wanted to charge us for things like 'dust on light switch' and a problem that had been flagged on the check in report. They moved over to a new system to send the rent they accused us of not paying the rent, when we had been doing, the fault was their end, then never had an apology. Do not use this company, they try and intimidate you into accepting the deposit charges they offer by not sending you a new offer for weeks, because the know you will desperately need it for your new property.

Friendly, helpful, always on top of all the details he always went above and beyond to monitor the chain, chase things up and generally make the whole process as simple and stress free as possible. Forget all the jokes about estate agents - Scott Fraser are consummate professionals and we really cannot say too many nice things about Sam!

GoogleWe have one property managed by Scottfrasers. And our experience so far is very good indeed! Tracey, the associated Director is great! She took us on board, and we have been having their service for more than three years. And since they had the property, there wasn't a single month that the property was not occupied. Our property now is managed by their East Oxford Branch, and the team over there has done a sterling job for us. Laura, Anna, Kerry and Natalie are all superb, they keep us well informed, and always do their best to make sure the property is let and maintained well on our behalf. It is also worth mentioning the professional input from Victoria Mellor, she is the HMO Guru, I attended one of the Oxford Council HMO seminors with her. She knows everyone at the relevant department at the council, she deals with us professionally and answered our questions patiently and acted fully on behalf of the landlords to get the messages across. Thank you! Thank you so much for your service for the past 3 years and a bit, I am sure there are many years to come!

GoogleCrowley rd branch a sales manager call Edware has very poor service. Recently try to buy a property in Cowley rd, first appointment was a strong windy day, when I and my little baby arrive the property, but Scott Fraser staff said he has no keys to get in the property. After the second visit, Sales manger Edward Parkinson show the property I made the first offer and after a couple weeks price negotiations, I offered a price as he suggested me. And asked me sent my bank statement to approved fund and mortgage things to his email box. I did all those documents to him on the same day he requested, but has no response on the following day. The day after that I called to his office and he told me the property already sold to another party with higher offer. So cross feeling. Headington branch Simon is much professional than him.

Google**Highest recommendation for all first time buyers** A year ago we moved from London to Oxford to buy our first house. We did not know the area and ended up buying through Scott Fraser who I thought - as a first time buyer - did an excellent and superior job to the other agencies we met with. Fast forward a year and we are now moving back to London, so it was the first time we were selling a property! We spoke to a number of agencies - keen to make sure that we had a good, accurate valuation, that we chose a company with a competitive rate and that our house was being sold by knowledgeable professionals in non-'salesy' manner. Scott Fraser were simply head and shoulders above all the others we spoke to. We couldn't be any happier with them (and with Simon Liddicot inparticular). They are consultative, very professional and go way beyond the extra mile - and all with a smile on their face! We had two offers within ten days and Simon did a great job of guiding us through the process and the negotiation to get the outcome we wanted. In the period since the offer was accepted - in a backdrop of solicitors to-ing and fro-ing for seemingly an Age - Simon has constantly been available to answer questions, provide updates and give feedback on any ideas I've had with our new purchase in London. He would make a good counsellor :) So, perhaps you are also relatively new to the housing market with limited knowledge of the selling process, considering whether its worth paying a bit extra for superior service and debating how important the quality of staff is (and therefore the perception of your property)...OR...you're not from the area and are looking for expert advice on where would make a fantastic home. Either way Scott Fraser are the outstanding company in the area to use. Thanks again for all your help.
