The Team at Scott Fraser are very experienced at selling properties within the Oxford Area. We have found that all of their team members are helpful and informed on the property market in the Oxford area and there is good communication between team members. We bought our house with Sam Lamb and in the Headington office who was superb throughout the process. Sam was very supportive and went the extra mile to get a particularly difficult sale through. We would recommend Scott Fraser if you are planning on selling or buying a house in the Oxford area.

Having dealt with another agent for almost ten years, I initially had some hesitation in asking Scott Fraser to market my flat. However, it was by far the best decision I ever made. From the outset, the service I received was professional, personalised and supportive. Having rented properties for many years, I have had dealings with numerous agents all over the country. Scott Fraser were head and shoulders above the rest. Things that I liked about the service include:- 1. Continuity - by dealing with the same agent each time, you build a rapport. My agent, Emily, took time to understand my priorities and requirements. She got to know me and my flat which helped me to secure the right sale. 2. Prompt feedback - each viewing or contact with prospective buyers was fed back to me in a timely and un-intrusive manner. If there were no viewings, I would receive detailed emails to inform me of what was being done to organise new avenues of interest. 3. Supportive - when faced with difficult decisions and conflicting external advice, Emily provided helpful guidance in a balanced and understanding way. This made the process considerably easier. 4. Adaptability - Emily researched the marketplace and regularly fed back to me on any developments that might affect my property. 5. The extra touches - when organising viewings, it was done in a way that was sensitive to the tenant occupying my flat; I was always contacted in a way and time that suited me - whilst on holiday, I was only contacted if there were new developments that needed my attention; solutions were offered immediately for any problems that were encountered. The entire process from start to finish was streamlined, organised, professional and felt very bespoke. I would happily use Scott Fraser in the future and will strongly recommend them to all my family and friends.

I am very pleased with Scottfraser as they have always been very professional, answering my queries very quick in a very professional way. They are very organized and every step is clear at all times. We have just rented a property through them and on the first day an agent called Robert Leech was waiting for us at the flat, always with a smile in his face, making us feel very welcome. Pretty incompetent and very low professionality level...went to see a couple of houses with them, never called back to say the result of my application (I just saw the houses I applied for being taken out of the rightmove website). I tried to book other visits either through their website or by leaving a message over the phone, never returned...also, some of the houses I was interested in were already taken, but they leave the ads on the internet the same...just avoid them
