GoogleDavid and the team sold my house. It wasn't easy, they got a good price yet more importantly they made sure the sale went through. Great communication, dealt with problems quickly keeping everyone informed. Basically cutting through to what was actually happening in the chain and then sorting it. They earnt their fee where other agents would let the sale drift. Recommend? 100%! Malcolm Griffiths

GoogleReceiving the monthly payment, however they give you the wrong reference number. They chase you, not making any payments for 3 months then they gave you the correct reference number. However they won't sort out the previous payments and now the landlord is involved. If you have time and mental capacity to deal with them, Good luck.

GoogleI have recently moved in a property managed by Scott Fraser, and my experience could not be any better. Callum, the agent that arranged everything for me, was very friendly and helpful. He always replied to my emails within a day or two and never left any question I had unanswered or unclear. I would definitely recommend renting thought Scott Fraser!

GoogleThey are scammers. They will push you to pay extra in the name of no deposit option. The apartment was dirty at the time of check-in, and when you move out, they will try to squeeze more money from you. Avoid using this agency at any cost.

GoogleI found my experience extremely helpful and both Liam and Frankie were patient with me as it was my first time renting as a student. Answered my questions and communicated really well helping me understand everything as I was new to the whole process. They weren't patronising at all. Would highly recommend.

Since we were not present in Oxford, they were very kind to accommodate us by sending videos of various properties to us, and also arranging Skype viewings. GoogleScott Fraser sold my parents home in Headington. They were simply superb. The approach they took seemed to maximise interest in the property and we swiftly recived good offers and were able to make a decision. They communicated very clearly and kept me well informed all along they way. I would strongly recommend Scott Fraser to others looking to sell a property.

GoogleVery bad experience with the agency team. If there was an option to give zero, I would give that. They made the checkout process so difficult and got money from me. Despite me using end of tenancy cleaning services and giving them the receipt as well. It surprises you when the checkout report comes as they look at a single hair and can zoom it and show it as a bit fault in cleaning but the check in report is all superficial check with all in perfect condition according to them. Found it so difficult to contact people once you said I would me ending my tenacy soon. Absolutely bad service. π

GoogleWe have recently used Scott Fraser to sell our house and have been hugely impressed with their level of service and knowledge from start to finish. Everyone we have had contact with has been great, in particular Emily and Elaine. This is the second time we've used Scott Fraser and I can't imagine using a different agent for any future sales.

Everyone we dealt with was professional, polite and responsive. A key element in the relationship between an agent and their client is communication, and both Simon Liddicot and Elaine Norrie score top marks for the way they kept us informed throughout the process. We were very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleScottFraser has some of the nicest and best-located flats I've come across in the Oxford/Headington area. Natasa Bilbija was open for any questions we had and was also very considerate of our situation when moving in/out. It was a pleasure renting with SF and I am grateful for Natasa Bilbija's patience and professionalism in all situations.

GoogleWORST letting agent ever. I saw this apartment they listed and called to ask for a video of the apartment and the application form on Tuesday. The man on the phone told me he will send me these but he never did. So I called again that day later, a woman answered the call and told me he is very busy and he will send those things to me by the end of the day. Guess what, he never did. I called again on Wednesday and Ben Somes answered the phone and took my email address, told me he will send the video and the application form tomorrow. On Thursday, a woman called me and asked if Iβm still interested in this property, and she said she will send me the video later on Friday. Unsurprisingly, Ben didnβt send me the video Thursday, and I thought that woman just told me this on his behalf. Finally, 5pm on Friday and still no reply. I called the agency again and they told me the landlord has already accepted an offer after the viewing on Thursday. Every member in their team is isolated and irresponsible. They donβt talk to each other and they treat their customers as monkeys. Do avoid this agency. Save yourself time and effort.

They were willing to give advice so that I could talk through possible uses of the property if I bought it. I was very grateful for the services of the surveyor and architect whom they recommended to me.

GoogleOverall very good experience with Scott Fraser from 2023-24, when I rented a flat from them as letting agents. They were consistently responsive to requests to sort issues in the apartment as they occurred, the communication throughout the process was great and the whole staff team were very friendly and reasonable in their approach.
