GoogleWe have just sold our house in Headington through Scottfraser. Adrian Wraight, Elaine Norrie and all the team were wonderful from beginning to end, well informed, very communicative and always very professional; but above all very human and friendly, and supportive beyond all reasonable expectations. They secured a very satisfactory sale in an uncertain market, and we can recommend them without reservation.

GoogleReally dropped the ball! Had the property on the market with Scott Frase Headington for 7 months had very few viewings. Poorly advised on pricing, lack of engagement and communication with 3 different agents over that period. No continuity. EXPECT TO SELL PROPERTY BY DOING BARE MINIMUM IN A BUYERS MARKET, THIS IS WHEN YOU REALLY EARN YOUR FEE BY DOING SOME WORK.

GoogleThis is the second time we are selling/buying with Scott Fraser, and with good reason. Catherine Hanscombe in the Headington branch is absolutely wonderful - very professional and made the whole process much easier. Excellent communcation and prompt replies to emails- we felt she genuinely cared, and did everything she could to get us into our new house! Highly recommend.

As I live overseas it is important that somebody looks after my rental property and my needs as a landlord as well as the tenants needs. Scott Fraser meets all of my expectations in these areas and I would be happy to recommend them as a letting agency.
