GoogleI was impressed by the professional service that I received from Scott Fraser during my house purchase. I would recommend them for their attention to detail and frequent communication regarding progress. I cannot thank them enough for the way in which they dealt with a difficult purchase due to problems higher up the chain.

GoogleI've been a tenant in a property managed by Scott Fraser for the last ten years. Throughout my tenancy they have been responsive, trustworthy, friendly, and professional. Their website allows you to easily report any maintenance issue. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleAppalling customer service. The staff are arrogant, do not own up to mistakes, and treat tenants with disrespect. This happened when creating a tenancy agreement, and while renewing it, with different members of staff! Only reason I renewed was because the landlord offered an attractive rent price.

GoogleOur house was being marketed by another estate agent with no joy. Upon switching to Scott Fraser, the amount of people viewing our property rocketed. Within no time at all, we had several offers on the table and we sold inside a few short weeks. Highly recommended!

GoogleWe have just signed for a rental in Headington - the team have been very helpful, professional and extremely patient at all stages of the process. Renting isn't always easy but Frankie & Natasha have made the process as stress-free as possible.

GoogleThoroughly satisfied with the selling experience - my third in Oxford in 18 years, and by far the best! Wonderfully positive, polite and helpful staff throughout the process. Professional advice and advertising - I only wish I could say the same about the agents from whom I have bought my new house!

GoogleNo idea how they have 4.5 stars on here. The worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. Unreliable, unprofessional - don’t bother with them

GoogleHappy to rent with Scottfraser. The team is extremely communicative and supportive. Special mention to our Property Manager, Susanne. She is very professional with a prompt contact, always keen on dealing with issues and requests in a very effective way and timely manner (fireplace, garden fence...).

GoogleReally exceptional experience. We weren't living locally during the sale and they assisted massively with logistics, access and liaison for occasional odd jobs that needed sorting, alleviating much of the potential stress. Kept well informed around viewing schedule and feedback. Highly recommended.

GoogleCatherine D. was most professional. She had done her background work ensuring my sale went through relatively quickly in these particularly stressful times. I felt I was in a safe pair of hands.

GoogleScott Fraser dealt with the sale of my flat very efficiently. A year ago, they advised me appropriately about leasehold issues and, once the flat was on the market with them, they handled all aspects of the sale well.
