We are property professionals with many years of experience in the local market. Whilst we are constantly recommended by many firms of solicitors, high street banks and other institutions, we are very proud of the fact that the majority of our new business comes from the personal recommendations of past clients. As an established agent we have a large database of prospective buyers that is shared throughout our network of offices. We sold our house through Breckon and Breckon and also bought our new house through them. Five years ago we also bought this house (that we have just sold) also from Breckon and Breckon! They are great local estate agents, lots of local knowledge, very professional and approachable and best of all not at all aggressive or pushy, which sometimes estate agents can be. They were very good at staying in touch and very helpful. We would definitely recommend them for both the selling and buying process. We dealt mainly with the Headington branch and all of the team there were brilliant.

Breckon and Breckon gave a thoroughly professional service from start to finish. Their agent came to our initial valuation meeting with a pack that showed he'd done a significant amount of background research into the area and type of property. The valuation therefore felt like it had a solid basis in fact. Communication with the office was also strong. We received regular updates and feedback on viewings, and the properties they encouraged us to go to see demonstrated that they'd listened to what we'd said to them about our own needs - a different approach to the more 'scattergun' approach we'd experienced from some other estate agents, who would simply push lots of properties our way in the hope that one of them would fit the bill. Overall, I'd strongly recommend Breckon and Breckon..
