GoogleI went on the recommendation of a friend who had used Reeds Rains to manage and find tenants on their properties, I am glad I went with their advice as the team at Reeds Rains in Hazel Grove were fantastic, very professional and were on hand to speak/email me at all times with any queries. Within 2 days they had 6 potential tenants for me that all viewed the property and within 3 weeks I had my tenants move in. I would recommend Reeds Rains to anymore looking to rent or sell their property as I couldn’t off asked for a better service and value for money! Thanks to the team at the Hazel Grove Branch..

GoogleThomas very professional. Extremely friendly & efficient from the day I walked into the Hazel Grove office. Met Jake only once, but he also was very professional & very friendly. Sadly I didn't sell with Reeds Rains, a local independent was able to move faster. Reeds Rains ID checking is very comprehensive which is fantastic, but it does need to move a little faster. I know Reeds Rains could have sold my home.

GoogleDefinitely the worst estate agency in Hazel Grove without any hesitation. Over 4 years back when proceeded to rent a flat, they did not had the key for property when went for viewing. After 4 years now in 2022 my friend spent nearly £500 for 2 surveys and the vendor withdrew from sale in the last stages of completion without provide any reason. The agent does not even bother to find the reason for withdrawal. Avoid them without any second thoughts.

GoogleWe have used Reeds Rains in Hazel Grove for a few years to let a few local rental properties we own. The lettings manager Laura has been helping us from the beginning. She is always very friendly, always willing to help us with any situation (even if not actually related to our own properties - just general advise for other people) and that is why I feel she deserves a 5/5 star review!!
