Disappointed with the service in selling our property. We chose Reeds Rains as we had a really positive first experience with Elly, however as soon as we agreed we were passed to other people and didnt deal with Elly again. When viewings were going ahead the first day the person who did the viewings was late. Throughout the whole process they were barley in contact to ask where everything was up to with our seller finding an onward purchase etc. We also had feedback they were rude to our buyers solicitor, who were just doing their job of chasing where everything was up to. On the day of competition we were waiting for them to send their invoice to our solicitor, which resulted in us, our buyers and our solicitors all having to chase them to send through so the sale could be completed. Called us on the day to say I believe today is completion day after we had already handed keys to our buyers and left the property. If our buyers and I hadn't had each others numbers to discuss directly, the whole process would have taken a lot longer! Unfortunately after this experience will not use again in the future.

I initially put a 5* rating. However, if I could change it to - 5*, I would. At the begining and during tenancy, they were all nice people. However, 9nce my tenancy ended, they turned into nightmares and trying to rip me off. They claimed almost £800 of damages based on lies, as they knew that I rushed when I was moving to their property and did not even check/see the inventory. But thanks to Zero deposit who stepped in and reduce their claim by more than £500. They were claiming for things that was never there to start with and I sent them emails they never replied to (unmike before and while I was their tenant when they reply to emails the same day). To sum it up, do not be tricked with their amazing behaviour before or while you are their tenant, zs they will turn into monsters when that tenancy is done, just like they did with me. Will never recommend them, let alone using them again

Time wasters. Scheduled a viewing. Travelled a distance. Other people were there upon arrival. I was given no indication this was going to happen which isn't right. If you have a viewing then that viewing should be with an agent or they should have designated times for each person and not be all rushed in. I don't want to view a property with other people and if that is the procedure I want at least to be able to have a say in it. Keys didn't work to enter the premise. Someone should have checked to see if the keys worked whilst checking the place that it was up to par before people arrived. Where is the professionalism here? Not the first time either judging by the reviews. Letterbox out of its hinges really?? Time and money wasted. Very unprofessional and the agent albeit looked the part certainly didn't act like it. He didn't have the foggiest idea of what was going on. Although apologetic he was rude and evasive basically turning his back to me especially when their incompetence was highlighted he then only seemed interested in those who weren't bothered by it. Avoid. I've had a lucky escape.

If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars for Reeds Rains Hazel Grove, I would. I explained that my girlfriend and I were looking to move into a house ASAP as she is starting a new job next week. I viewed the house two weeks ago and will be collecting the keys tomorrow. Alaysha has been an absolute joy to deal with, and I can't recommend her enough; she is attentive and puts in a genuine effort to ensure that you and the landlord are singing from the same hymn sheet. She always replies to emails and calls very quickly, nothing ever seems like too much hassle, and she's a genuine credit to the company. Additionally, Laura has been fantastic, her friendly approach and helpfulness cannot be understated. I always felt like we had assistance whenever I called or emailed. Thank you both very much for your help!

I am a landlord who has dealt with Reeds Rains Hazel grove for many years. The whole team have been absolutely fantastic! I feel right at home when I walk into their office and I know from prior experience with them that they go above and beyond to help me. I can ring up at any time during the day and I know I can speak to any one of their team and they will aid me with my query. Their communication between each other is fantastic. I genuinely love every single one of them. They try exceptionally hard unlike the other estate agents around the area. I went with an estate agent a while back that began with B and ended with S. They treated me with absolute disrespect, they tried power selling tactics with me to force sale insurance with the mortgage and that was one amongst many other issues. I have had none of these issues with Reeds. They gained my respect and loyalty for this reason. I have bought and sold with Reeds. I have also had mortgage advice from them. Their rentals and sales team are top notch and Dean is an exceptionally hard worker who delivers on his promises. Great bunch of people. Thank you for everything and I will enjoy working alongside you all well into the future!

I would highly recommend Reads Rains Hazel Grove, we had our house valued by a few local estate agents, the best deal was with Reads Rains, Dean came out to do the valuation, he was proffetional, polite and explained everything clearly, he then left us to make our own decision without constantly calling us like the others did! He has been the most realistic estate agent Iv ever met! Once we made our decision to move and phoned him, he got the ball rolling smoothly, very pleased with their service up to now.

We came across Reeds Rain (more specially Dean) when we bought our house and he was brilliant in helping ensure that we bought it by keeping us informed proactively and chasing the stragglers during the conveyancing process. Now that we are selling the house we knew we wanted the same agents to help us sell hence why we returned to Reeds Rains (who also offered a very competitive rate). As we know, buying and selling a house is an emotive process and Dean (now Branch Manager) along with his great team are here to guide us and help us.
