Disgusting service- if you are selling a property with this company do not bother. Eleanor has just put the phone down on me because I was pointing out that after a week I have had no contact about a house I viewed. No one was in Saturday or yesterday when I rang , but ultimately it’s not for me to ring when they are doing the sale! If I was the owner I would be disgusted. Horrific customer service and she’s extremely rude

I recently used Reeds Rains HG to source a tenant for my property earlier this year and have to say they were superb. Sophie who was my designated contact at RR Hazel Grave was very professional throughout the process and answered every question I had promptly. Craig the branch manager was also in contact with me regularly and was also very professional. Mathew has been so helpful to my daughter, who has health challenges and is in need of temporary accommodation whilst her house is being remediated after a flood. He took time to understand her needs and has been honest about the extremely tight rental market. This has helped to manage our expectations. He has also offered to speak directly with our insurers to explain how much competition there is here and what this mean in relation to the uncompetitive offers that they are making. A truly empathetic and genuine guy.

Decided to let my property out as i was moving in with my partner. This was my first experience with letting a property. I called Reeds Rains in hazel grove to book a valuation and spoke with a lovely person called Sophie who advised me on all my options and was extreamly helpful. Craig arrived at my house within the week to do my valuation. He was an absolute star explained everything I needed to know and talked me through ever step. The following day I received a call from Matt who started planning a date for viewings for me. Again was incredibly informative and helpful, viewing went ahead a few days later. Matt found me the perfect tenant I couldn't ask for a better service. You were honestly such a breath of fresh air and stand out from all the other estate agents who have shown us around previous properties. From first impressions you made us feel at ease and very welcome. Your appearance was impeccable, your polite and positive manners, collectiveness and kind energy and most importantly your delivery of information was second to none. We really liked that you had the information ready and you came forward with it before us even needing to ask. This makes a drastic change from our past experiences, hence why we feel the need to praise you on your outstanding work. I wish we could book you for any future viewings (although hopefully we wont need any), but being serious I would recommend you in a heart beat. I can't recommend Dean at Reeds Rains enough! We recently bought our first home via Dean and without a doubt he was the most helpful person in this process. He was in constant contact, kept us up to date with how things were moving whether it be big or small details, and also helped with answering our never-ending questions. It’s really felt like he was fully invested in our house buying journey was. I'm not sure who was more excited about us picking up the keys (it was me) but I would highly recommend Dean at Reeds Rains if you are buying or selling your house.

Throughout a very stressful 9months Dean & his team have been extremely helpful and supportive along the way. Dean, Sam and the team at Hazel Grove are wonderful. To sell our house after 50yrs was a big wrench and very stressful. From the very first visit to value our house, Dean was very professional, yet friendly and approachable. I always felt that I could call him or any of the team at any time, if I had any worries or questions about anything, which I often did! I can't recommend Reeds Rains enough. We did not sell our property through Reeds but really wish we had! Reeds were involved in our chain as they were the estate agents who we were purchasing our house through. And the care and attention they gave to our case was amazing. I would be recommending them over the estate agent we did sell through 100%. I ended up asking them more questions than the others due to incredible different in customer service. No maintenace completed on property through out tenancy. Refused deposit back. Laura extremely unprofessional sending emails about ‘disappointed’ because I refused to release the deposit as the inventory checks showed the same problems as when I moved in. Also landlord has his own non licensed work men come into my house when the boiler leaked with water and he even admitted to bot being qualified, this is my first time renting and they tried their hardest to make everything impossible. Jobs were closed down by someone in the maintenace department then never followed up once complaint was put in. Raised multiple complaints with them and non resolved. Absolutely disgusting as I am a single mother and at one point I had to live in 1 room on the house due to the radiators hot working and boiler being G-rated - still would not supply new one even though British Gas advised it twice. Horrific time, avoid at all costs!!!! I say costs because this has cost me much more than just money but my mental health to.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Wow the guys were amazing and so helpful, friendly, very responsive and informative. I’ve had a few experiences with estate agents and this is by far the best I’ve ever had, for me it was pretty much perfection from the guys. For someone who’s worked 6 years in customer service where the standards were extremely high, these guys went above and beyond. Alaysha was amazing and couldn’t do more to help me.
