Henry adams of storington evicted myself from a property they managed in pulborough .I have terminal cancer they didn't care put me out on the streets , kept my deposit . Heartless bunch of selfish uncaring rubbish . What a pisstake reply I never missed my rent once , complained about that devil James Riley ,.and who's going to investigate it but himself .This man is evil and I hope God strikes him down deadAlan Dixon a dying man thanks evil bustard.

GoogleWe decided to use Henry Adams to sell our house and the service from the initial valuation through to completion was superb. The team at Henry Adams in Hayward’s Heath are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We wanted to sell our house quickly but not under value it and they helped us achieve this. It sold within 3 weeks and we got just below the full asking price (which in the current market is quite impressive). I would definitely recommend Henry Adam to anyone looking for a fast, friendly and professional service. Jane Tomlinson and Jade Bearryman who managed our sales were a pleasure to deal with. The photographers were also fab and the property details Henry Adam’s produced were far better than what their competition seem to offer.

Just been shown around a house in Fishbourne. £575K for a house with rooms covered in hundreds and hundreds of dead flies. Did someone die in there? The agent could not answer any of our questions. The step at the entrance was so loose it was dangerous. Ugh Delapidated Overpriced

I was looking for a house to rent and found on on the CHICHESTER website, asked about it and the lady said that they do a video call with me and my wife at 3.00 on friday 7/7/23, No video call arrived, called them at 4.15 and was told that someone was viewing the house and they would send the video. a very rushed video arrived this morning, and when I went to ask the next step in the process would be, I was told that someone would call me back. just had the call at 15.16, to say that applications have already gone to the owners, and they did'nt care if I was interested in the house.Dont Touch With A Barge Pole

We recently moved out of a rental property managed by the Chichester Branch of Henry Adams Lettings. We had been model tenants for 2 years and were appalled by the treatment we received from Henry Adams. We left the property in immaculate condition and yet Henry Adams found every little detail possible to try and keep back as much of the deposit as they could. Be warned that you will not get your full deposit back! Daisy Kindred, in particular, was rude and patronising. Do yourself a favour and let a property with a different agent!
