Excellent customer service

Well, what can we say! If we could give the whole sales team at Henry Adams Selsey 50 stars, we would! They held our hand through the rough patches we experienced in selling our bungalow, (no fault of theirs, just the general public’s flippant attitude towards everything nowadays it seems!), and they supported us through to a very satisfactory conclusion. They also went above and beyond with their customer service towards us, in checking our empty property was ok after several storms, collecting post, taking meter readings for us etc etc. They really put our minds at rest whenever we had any worries or issues. We can’t recommend them highly enough! If you are looking for brilliant customer service, from a trustworthy, empathic team, you won’t go far wrong in giving Kev, Matt or Tracy a call at Henry Adams, Selsey. Never again

Never ever would I deal with this company again. Their unprofessional and completely uncaring attitude throughout my dealings with them has left a very bitter taste. I have never dealt with such difficult agents who have showed not one iota of decent customer service. I am just so saddened and disappointed. Our rental process was very professionally facilitated by Charlie Salter who was fast, efficient, superbly organised and explained all the technical stages of E-signing in plain English. Really disappointing interaction with…

Really disappointing interaction with Henry Adams when we were looking for a holiday rental for 2 weeks in July 2025. We consciously wanted to try alternatives to AirBnB, so contacted Henry Adams. Despite many properties 'appearing' to be available, in reality they were not. Combine this with some slow responsiveness from Henry Adams and it took us 3 weeks for Henry Adams to tell us they couldn't help us. Went back and booked with AirBnB

Paul, Linda and the rest of the team were wonderful throughout the process. Great marketing, good photos and prospectus for the house. We had a lot of interest in the house and achieved a really good price. We lost our first buyers due to an issue further down the chain, they put the house back on the market and we found an even better buyer with 24 hours, so we didn’t lose the house we were buying. The agents further up the chain were dreadful, but the team at Henry Adams did a fantastic job of managing them. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Appalling!

If I could give Henry Adams Lettings Chichester less than one star I would. As tenants paying an inflated monthly rent for a small, tired property in Chichester, which we rented for nine months, we could not have experienced worse customer service. There were countless problems with the property which were either not addressed at all, or addressed incredibly slowly and incompetently by the staff at Henry Adams Lettings Chichester. As a result, we suffered nine months of discomfort, inconvenience and stress. During our tenancy there was a high turnover of staff and a clear lack of leadership at Henry Adams Lettings Chichester. Needless to say, we would certainly not recommend them!
