We recently sold our property through Haart Hayes and must say we received an outstanding customer service from the day of our first visit when Emilio walked me through the entire process to the valuation stage carried out by Steve.Special thanks to Nadine who made sure we were upto date with the progress including the period we were away on holiday.A big thank you to the entire team and keep it up.

Awful experience. Had my viewing scheduled 6 days prior and even confirmed by someone. I got there, none from the letting agency is aware that the viewing is scheduled. Called them 4 times, no answer. After that, someone got in touch with me and they’ve told me that the landlord is there and will do the viewing. Waited 30 mins outside the door, no answer. Extremely bad experience, would not recommend at all. Wasted 1 hour of my time. Definitely not prioritising the customers.

We were purchasing in a very large chain which created loads of delays due to the various solicitors involved however, Nadine Matthew was continuously trying her best to speed up the process. Especially buying in a pandemic with loads of obstacles this process was made very easy by her. A big thank you to the team at haart.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Our experience of selling our property in Hayes, Middx via Haart was nothing short of excellent from start to finish. The old reputation that estate agents had couldn't be further from the truth when compared with the experience we had. Our sincere thanks go out to Steve Eren, Emilio Williams and Nadine Matthew. If you are thinking of selling a property in and around the Hayes area, we would highly recommend the team at Haart.
