Haart and the the team really helped ourselves during a difficult time of losing a loved one. Haart helped with the sale of the property we inherited. The service not just from themselves but their recommended solicitors was exceptional. We felt like we where being chauffeured around what we thought would of been a complex process. We had never sold a house before. You hear stories of stress and we didn’t have any, and this was during a pandemic. The team kept us updated. There customer service is so exceptional, that they answer a question before you need to ask. We have invited Steve and the team back to help ourselves sell our family home and find us our forever home, which again is effortless. Me and my wife might as-well be on a coach trip while the team do what they do best, and put the customer first. Thank you every one.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I recently made contact with this branch and happened to be tended to by an Emilio, I had to put it out there that his customer service was second to none and should not go unnoticed every place of business should have at least one individual who performs to this level, unbelievably knowledgeable not to mentionI felt heard and well respected throughout the experience I’m not quite ready to buy but I’m the future as soon as I am ready I need this man to handle my business no doubt about it, you are an asset to your company and will surely go far wherever you progress to in life

I had the pleasure of meeting Amelio at my recent viewing on Monday 25/08/23 for property address ……. I have viewed over 30 properties around the area within the last 3 months with numerous agencies and this is the first time I have specifically asked to provide a review for an agent. This is because I was incredibly impressed with Amelios’ enthusiasm, people’s skills, his efforts in showing me around the property and his knowledge - he was able to give me a good idea about the area. He was very proactive and showed me how the built-in furniture and lightings in the house worked, walked me around the back to show me the access door, and pointed out the installed plumbing in the shed which is usable for installing white goods. He has clearly read up well and came equipped with all the information I might have needed to know about the property. Furthermore, he was easy to speak to, approachable, explained things clearly and was overall an excellent agent - one of the best (if not the best) that I have been assisted by thus far in my home hunt. I wanted to give feedback and I would be very grateful if this can be passed onto him so that he is aware that his efforts and enthusiasm do not go unnoticed by customers and so that he can use this feedback to guide his continued career development. Kindly also pass this feedback onto his manager so that Amelios’ efforts are recognised. Yours sincerely Aseel Hekmat
