I've found working with Poonam at the Hayes office a very positive experience. She has always been very approachable, helpful and willing to find solutions to help Landlords. You feel comfortable asking questions and asking for help when needed. There are many estate agents out there who give off unsupportive intimidating vibes and believe they know best. It was a lovely experience today with haart. As first time buyers, we were abit nervous about everything. But our mortgage advisor Ary is so helpful, he explained to us everything in detail and sorted out all the things for us quickly. He is so easy to communicate with. Raghav is an amazing individual and has great knowledge on properties, he has been helping us find a family home which works for us, he has been to show us properties he is very polite and explains everything in detail and he is ready to answer any questions we have, he does not rush the viewings like we have experienced with other agents, raghav let’s us view the property by allowing us to take our time and he shows us even the small details, and explains what we could potentially do with the property. Emilio & Steve worked so hard to get my property sold. They listened to my needs and were very understanding. Only the people ready to buy were selected for viewing which is exactly what I needed as I didn’t want any time wasters. Steve promised to get my property sold and he did just that. All my calls and emails were responded to on time without delay. Steve made himself available even during the evenings to help with any concerns I had. Emilio understood everything about my property and explained in detail to any prospective buyers.
