The best experience I’ve had. Raghav was so thoughtful with the little touches and didn’t make me feel rushed (which I’ve found I normally do feel by other agents). He was amazing giving ideas of things I could do to my new house to make it even more perfect. Raghav (and all the team at Hayes) have been amazing and so friendly. Have been involved in a chain with this firm, communication has been absolutely awful, lost a buyer, covered up the truth and stopped communicating with other estate agents in the chain. Dreadful experience adding more stress to others involved. Chains can break down and buyers pull out however communication is king and the after sale process involved with Haart in Hayes has been terrible :(

We viewed our property at the mid 2022 for two separate visits, one was for myself, another one was for my husband before we confirmed to purchase. The Estate Agent from Haart, Hayes, called Emilio, he is nice, friendly and always with a big smile on his face. Just want to say a big thank you to him in here. Especially he is very effective and helpful, every time when I reached him via call or email regarding the progress of purchase. He will reply me immediately or the first thing tomorrow. As a first time buyer, with a good estate agent really help to reduce all the stress during the whole purchase process. Can’t say enough thank you to Emilio. Finally, we moved in, and enjoying our new life at a new postcode area.

I am not sure where to start , as we were in such stressful condition due to me and my husband both catching covid with toddler around and having dead line to leave the property we are in , We were lucky to get hold of Yasir from Haart estate agent based in Hayes . This people made me homeless with my two month old baby and three year old toddler. Initially They agree to let me house asked me pay deposit started all the process creating portal sharing all details including all the participants did all the references did all the hard work for 27days , the house was unfurnished, so I bought all the furniture, and mounted at my friends house ,they kept promising me that they will give keys in few days and it extended to 27 long days, the day I was suppose to receive keys of the house they are breaking news saying ‘Sorry we can’t give u house as landlord is not ready to apply HMO license’ and also said ur deposit will be refunded within 7 to 8 days. It’s been more than 20 days. I didn’t receive any deposit. Haart from Hayes gave me lot of emotional stress, I didn’t had anywhere to stay as I left previous house. Now they are not even responding to my call. They keep saying Gurinder Sodhi is buzy with client and will call back, I didn’t ever receive his call…What about my deposit???? What about emotional trauma u gave us Haart ?????

Highly recommend Haart! With the help of Haart I was able to purchase my first house. From the initial viewing to completion the entire team was extremely helpful and professional. I engaged with multiple people at the agency and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Jas and Nadine were the two people I engaged most with at the agency and they were fabulous to say the least. Always professional in their dealings and very friendly and positive. Following the first viewing, I contacted Jas to put an offer in and he was very quick to help facilitate the process and made himself available to answer any questions and allowed us to have multiple viewings of the property. Nadine, was excellent in helping to facilitate the process between the seller and my solicitor, and was available to answer any questions or queries I raised promptly on email or telephone. Emilio for selling the houses and Nadine for the completion of both sales were very professional and extremely helpful. Through the 2 sales I have done with Haart I can honestly say Nadine was absolutely amazing so helpful and professional explaining a lot of the process my solicitor did not bother to do.
