From the get go the whole team were very professional. This is the first time I have sold a property in 25 year and they put me a ease. Steve I think it was talked me through the whole process and explained every thing clearly. Nadine and Emilio kept me updated on the progress each time some one was to visit the properly and it sold with in 2 months and over the Christmas period as well . In a very slow market Haart estate agents managed to sell my property for near asking price . I would highly recommend Haarts for their professionalism . I was particularly impressed with the fact that they only sent clients to view who had been well vetted so it was definitely quality over quantity. I initially met with Steve who explained clearly how Haart operate using social media for example . He convinced me to go with Haart even though there are many other agents in the area offering lower rates. Emilio took over in showing clients my property . He was very reachable and had a very pleasant manner. Finally thanks also to Nadine who progressed the sale once the offer was accepted .

Haarts were great Steve valued and negotiated the terms with us and Nadine saw through to exchange/completion. Everyone in the Hayes office was helpful , however... I do not recommend the conveyancing solicitor the recommed, Convey Law. I was unfortunate to be assigned team 'Sophie' who seemed incapable of answering an email or returning a call and the only call I ever received from them was after I had asked Haart for Sophie's managers name. So - Haart YES , Convey Law NO .

I have had the sad duty of selling my father's property as he is now suffering from Dementia and is no longer able to support himself safety. We were impressed with Steve from Haarts when we were deciding which agent to use to market a property we were selling. ( Another local agent didn't bother to turn up at an appointed time ). Steve was on time for the appointment and outlined clearly how Haarts would handle the sale for us. As a result we had no hesitation in signing up with Haarts. Throughout the sale Nadine was our main contact and we received daily updates on progress. Kia also was available to keep us in the loop. Selling my flat was made very easy with the help from haart estate agents (Hayes). From the moment I walked into their offices to enquire about selling my property I was met by very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Steve the sales manager was excellent when undertaking the valuation and marketing and Jas the branch partner, Steve (sales manager) and Nadine kept me advised of all procedures and took over the selling and made life very easy for me when selling a home can become very stressful. I have not dealt with many estate agents in my life however Haart Hayes certainly has set a 0/0 expectation for me. I had secured a apartment by paying a holding deposit while they were suppose to go through my reference check. I had successfully passed the reference check within a few days. This was 27th of June 2019. Since passing the reference checks - I have had 0 contact directly from my Haart's letting agent Ewa, whom I had to chase at least 5 times before getting a response. We finally set a move in date for the 16th of July and on the 15th of July after again no contact in between and having to chase Haart Hayes, I received a text message apologising and that they need to push back move in date by a week due to the landlord of the property being on holiday. I advised Haart Hayes, Ewa in particular that I have bought furniture and that I need a firm confirmation of move in date so that I can coordinate my life accordingly. She confirmed and had changed the move in date on the online portal that they use. Now the move in date was set for the 23rd of July. It's the 22nd of July 2019 and nothing has been arranged, the online portal details haven't been updated and nor has a tenancy agreement been uploaded. What surprises me even more is that no full payment for deposit and one months rent in advance have been requested. Today, I have been chasing Haart Hayes for details on where to pay and where to sign the tenancy without any luck. NOT ONCE WAS MY CALL ANSWERED. I had to go to the office to speak to a person and he advised me three different things; to start of with Ewa was with a client, then he said Ewa was off sick and in the end he told me she no longer works for the company!!!!!!!!!!! No out of office email either from EWA. I finally got hold of someone said he was the branch manager called Ashish. He was very rude over the telephone and didn't even want to listen to my concerns (I was heated and frustrated at this stage). He told me Ewa was off sick and that he would look into things. When he asked me for the property details he told me that the property was SOLD by the landlord. WTF???????? Since he's sent me an email in which he explains that the property hasn't been sold yet but that the landlord wants to wait a few weeks to get an offer before renting the property out. Asking me to wait a further few weeks for this. Absolutely unacceptable - don't they understand that they have wasted a months of my life? I could've had another place to live in. To say the least I am so disappointed as I expected a high street estate agency as Haart to be more professional. I will not use their services ever again and I recommend you don't either - don't trust a word that comes out of their mouths!!!!

I recently sold my mother’s house in Hayes with Haart. It was not an easy task as there were a few false starts and hiccups along the way. All the staff were extremely helpful and professional, but I would like to thank Steven, Jas, and Nadine for their skill and patience in dealing with all the problems. I would also like to mention Emilio as he was the first one who came around to value the property when we started making enquiries. We sold our last house in 2003 with Haart of Hayes and that is the reason I approached them to sell my mother’s house. We have since recommended Haart to our friends in Hayes who wish to sell their properties. I liked the fact that we knew upfront how much the fees would be instead of receiving a shock at the end. Thank you everyone at Haart.

It’s only because you can’t give 0 stars that this place is getting 1! Here is what you get with Haart: They deliberately put your home on the market at an extortionate price first then try to convince you with complete lies that the price is actually ‘fair’ and sign you up to a 20 week sole agent contract. In my case, the lost me a buyer and failed to inform me of that until I asked what was going on a whole week later. I ended up going with other agencies towards the end because 20 weeks is a ridiculous period and there were plenty of people out there wanting to buy the house. In the end I had to go with them to sell at a cost of £17,000 to myself just to avoid a legal battle. I had a better offer from a much better estate agency. I demanded compensation and was literally laughed at by the agency manager, Steve. I called customer services and they didn’t return my call having taken all of the details of my complaint. If you want to have Haart mess you around for the first 16 weeks of their crazy contracts then sell your house for 85% of the price they’ll tell you it’s worth at first, I thoroughly recommend Haart in Hayes! They don’t even deserve half of the £9,000 they got for selling my house a full 5 months after I placed it in their hands. I certainly won’t be changing this review until someone takes my complaints seriously.

I had couple of viewings with George. I found George really good at his job. He is straight forward and unlike some other estate agent's sales people, George doesn't try to sale any property by pressure. He gives space for the buyer to think and he also answers questions within reasonable time. I personally like to thank Mr. George who dealt with my purchase. He is very straightforward and helpful to find the best one for me. This review is especially for Haart Hayes property management team. They are so unprofessional. Whatever you explained to them over the phone or via email. They pretend like, they didn’t have much information. Later, they put blame on another colleague. You have to keep tracking them. From their own side. They are not doing their job properly. They teaching private tenants about laws, rules and regulations.They just need rent. In winter, tenant is staying in the property with children in these kind of weather with no heating. Struggling with hot water. Sometime working, sometime not. At the end, they will not pick your call because they didn’t do anything regarding your complaint. Management needs to give them proper training how to speak with customers. I’m struggling with them. More than 6 weeks gone. Still same issue. They had all the images and videos. But no progress, still same lady Poonam dealing the query but she forgot to check her previous 20 emails. Asking same baseless questions which she already spoken about it. Purposely wasting more time, so they can get next month rent. But the tenant will continue to suffer. No health and safety procedures followed. They sending unprofessional people for work. You took day off for them. But they didn’t know. Which problem they came to fix it. In these kind of situations. Tenant wait for another one week. Because that lady is not interested to do anything in this. After one week you wait. You have to contact the property management team by yourself. They will not take any initiative.They will send another person. Who will come and have a look? He also didn’t solve the problem because lack of communication. I don’t know, what kind of information they provide?Avoid Haart Hayes for renting accommodation.
