Exceptional! After having been badly burnt by a rogue local estate agency, I was cautious in appointing my next agent, however the team at Haart Hayes have excellend themselves at every opportunity. They are always friendly, happy to help and always call back quickly which is hugely appreciated. Special mention to Hassan, Steve, Ash and Holly and I do apologise if I have missed anyone! We were purchasing a property via Haart. There was some issue with the title which was flagged by solicitors quite late in the process. Haart made an extra ordinary effort to liaise between us the seller and the solicitors acting for us. Their perseverance is what made the completion possible. Me and my wife started our journey for house hunting about 3-4 months ago . Came across many agents and put offer on some houses. No one showed much interest in selling house. I have to call them every day for an update. But luckily one day my wife checked one of the house by haart hayes and we went straight to haart hayes office to put offer on it and luckily Mr **Jas** was there . He showed us the interest that we wanted to see in an agent . And we had a vibe that now our house hunting journey will end up here and yes it ended up . He is helping a-lot in buying the property we was looking for. And as we are first time buyer, he is helping a-lot in saving some money, where ever we can, by giving some tips and tricks. We are Now half way in the process and hopefully will get keys soon. We would like to thank him as much as we can for helping us in buying our dream house.

Save your time and money, landlords. These guys will have you on the chase for your property keys for a whole month, resulting in lost time and not to mention rental income.
