Excellent service delivery from Haart's Property Manager, Marcia Disney. Cannot believe how fortunate I have been to get lucky again with a professional, diligent, hardworking and knowledgeable individual. The shoes left by Matthew Blomeley were a big fill - and Ms Disney has delivered. Happy Landlords are a rarity - and I am one of those. Why? Inspite of a substantial workload/client listing - (i) my emails and queries are responded to in good time; (ii) complex situations have been un-tangled and dealt with, with deft and transparancy (so that I, as the Client Landlord, can understand the whys and wherefores and the remedy/solution; just as I like it and just as it should be!); (iii) have appreciated immensely the raising of flags for situations to be considered and corresponding with me 'out-of-business-hours'. Ms Disney - a big thank you! I have always said that what makes Haart one of the best outfits/agency around is its people - which explains why I have been a longstanding client (on both sides of a transaction).

Haart Hayes delivered the most professional service me and my husband could of asked for during the sale of our property. All the team were amazing and SO helpful. Big thanks to Steven Eren for all his help and advice...Steve went the extra mile from the start of the process right through to the end remaining professional and friendly and positive throughout, we couldn't of been in better hands. We were also given regular updates on the process of the sale by Emilio who done a great job with that side of things. Then finally a huge thank you to Nadine for pulling out all the stops where needed and when it was needed. Whether it be dealing with the solicitors or the buyer, she done an excellent job!!! I would like to say a very big thank you to Nadine Mathew for all her hard work during the purchase of our property. She was constantly chasing up all the parties involved to speed up the process. The service received from Nadine was incredible. She returned all my calls and emails instantly and kept me updated at all times. The transaction was quite stressful for us but knowing Nadine was chasing the matter up, gave us the satisfaction that our case is in good hands. Further, her after sales service was just as good. Even after our completion Nadine assisted me with my queries and advised me accordingly. She is a credit to her profession. I bought a property through haart in hayes and we had an issue with the warranty. Haart went out of their way to support this transaction, liase with the seller, lender, warranty provider to get this on the way. Special mention to Nadine Matthews who kept me updated and used her skills and experience to get me out of the hole. Jaas sagoo from sales who gave me confidence and believed on the transaction, and finally John from new home team who liaised with surveyors to remove the final hurdles. Overall a winning team combination and i will be recommending them to my friends

Myself and my partner agreed a let on a rental property here and the agent Yasir Naeem couldn't have been more helpful if he tried! Such a polite, professional and compassionate man. He couldn't do enough for us and he is one of the only estate agents I have ever met that actually calls you back at the time stated and you don't have to chase to get answers to questions. I purchased a property through Haart Hayes. Kia was brilliant from the moment I registered with Haart. She suggested many properties for me to view before I found my perfect house! Kia was always professional and so helpful with advice as I was a first time buyer. Nadine was also fantastic while the purchase of my house was processed. She was always keeping me updated with regular updates. She made the process of purchasing a house a stress free. Both Nadine and Kia are an asset to Haart and I will certainly be using Haart again with any future house sales or purchases. I would recommend Haart Hayes 100% to anybody looking to buy or sell a property!

I have not dealt with many estate agents in my life however Haart Hayes certainly has set a 0/0 expectation for me. I had secured a apartment by paying a holding deposit while they were suppose to go through my reference check. I had successfully passed the reference check within a few days. This was 27th of June 2019. Since passing the reference checks - I have had 0 contact directly from my Haart's letting agent Ewa, whom I had to chase at least 5 times before getting a response. We finally set a move in date for the 16th of July and on the 15th of July after again no contact in between and having to chase Haart Hayes, I received a text message apologising and that they need to push back move in date by a week due to the landlord of the property being on holiday. I advised Haart Hayes, Ewa in particular that I have bought furniture and that I need a firm confirmation of move in date so that I can coordinate my life accordingly. She confirmed and had changed the move in date on the online portal that they use. Now the move in date was set for the 23rd of July. It's the 22nd of July 2019 and nothing has been arranged, the online portal details haven't been updated and nor has a tenancy agreement been uploaded. What surprises me even more is that no full payment for deposit and one months rent in advance have been requested. Today, I have been chasing Haart Hayes for details on where to pay and where to sign the tenancy without any luck. NOT ONCE WAS MY CALL ANSWERED. I had to go to the office to speak to a person and he advised me three different things; to start of with Ewa was with a client, then he said Ewa was off sick and in the end he told me she no longer works for the company!!!!!!!!!!! No out of office email either from EWA. I finally got hold of someone said he was the branch manager called Ashish. He was very rude over the telephone and didn't even want to listen to my concerns (I was heated and frustrated at this stage). He told me Ewa was off sick and that he would look into things. When he asked me for the property details he told me that the property was SOLD by the landlord. WTF???????? Since he's sent me an email in which he explains that the property hasn't been sold yet but that the landlord wants to wait a few weeks to get an offer before renting the property out. Asking me to wait a further few weeks for this. Absolutely unacceptable - don't they understand that they have wasted a months of my life? I could've had another place to live in. To say the least I am so disappointed as I expected a high street estate agency as Haart to be more professional. I will not use their services ever again and I recommend you don't either - don't trust a word that comes out of their mouths!!!!
