Had an issue with my rented property in Hayes. Reported the fault online and Harjinder Dhanoa responded to me within 2 hours and got a contractor to attend my property the next day. Harjinder was very polite and professional as he understood my requirements and the urgency of the matter.

Worst experience ever!! Steven just wasted my time, I’m a distant landlord. He told me he has cash buyer for my rental property, told me not to re-let it and he needs only 3 weeks to sell at an agreed price. Promised it will be quick sale as it’s a cash buyer. 3 weeks and yes the cash buyer came along, solicitors made contact but nothing came of it. The buyers solicitor was making things up. Ended up wasting 8/9 weeks! Steven should have been more clued up but I feel it was deliberate and he was in on it. Why?! I really don’t know why he did that. There was no apology after it either. When I went to their office for the first time to collect my keys, I was shocked to say the least. What a state!! Safety hazard, computer wires all over, having to step over them. Ripped carpets, wall signs falling off. Unbelievable that this is the office of Haarts of Hayes.

A big Thank you to Haarts Hayes Letting office manager : Ash Madan and their staff have been total professionals, for re-letting our Flat in Hayes.. our first tenant who we got through them left suddenly due to Covid issues back in Brazil, Ash was very supportive & helpful to visit the flat ( as we live in Devon) several times to sort out locks, to sending us video of the Flat, to getting keys cut, to re-letting it as swiftly for us, to letting tradesmen into the flat. Nothing we asked was impossible, their customer service is perfect.. from providing us names of local traders by both Ash Madan & Jaz Sagoo (the Sales Manager who sold us the flat), to dealing with any rental collection queries to helping us load documents on their Online Website. We thoroughly recommend Haarts Estate Agents, especially now in Covid times, they have acted very safely for all traders Thank you
