Booked a viewing recently with Charley Stone and was surprised that they never took any information from me, booked the viewing for a tenant to show me round (never told me this) so when I arrived I waited outside and only when I called the office to see if the agent was coming was I told that the tenant was showing me. Well the viewing was two weeks ago and o still haven’t received a call to see what I thought of the property! It’s a shame because I was interested and wanted to speak to their mortgage advisor but due to the lack of calls or interest from Bairstow Eves I have found another property with someone else!

I won’t give this any star at all. POOR IN COMMUNICATION, POOR IN RESPONSE. But when they want you to sign and pay, they’re faster than the speed of light. I don’t even know if the staff handling our account knows anything about CUSTOMER SERVICE. Does not even bother how long you wait as long as they get what they want from you. Very much disappointed on how they handled our account. Lacks common sense.

Terrible experience with Bairstow Eves Romford - Poor communications. - Ignore their own Terms of Business - Let my property out to a tenant that has so far failed to pay the first rent due upon moving in. - Upon informing the branch of this, zero response back as I suppose their commission has been received. I will avoid that branch and Bairstow Eves/Countrywide in future.
