Definitely worth writing a review and giving the guys 5 stars. From start to finish the guys are very professional, polite and very helpful. I moved into my property with ease and very smooth without any issues. Jason the manger went above and beyond to help out and made us feel very welcome in our new home. Great experience letting out my property with Bairstow and Eves. Tennant found swiftly and all checks complete, with the start of tennanct being seamless. Jess, Freddie and Clairessa were great. Highly recomend

Not even worth 1 star Really bad agency they rent to people they know, and not to people who they run credit checks on please do not use this agency to rent out your property these people are scammers and Clairessa doesn’t do her job properly or have a clue what she needs to do once the tenant stops payment they don’t care and do nothing to help landlords and leave landlords to stress out even though you have RLP they try and rip people off this is absolutely disgusting they have lost one contract of someone I know and they will for sure be loosing another one, and I will not recommend anyone to use this agency unless you would like to be scammed.

I’ve know Jason (estate agent manager) for a few years. Jason is the centre manager who introduced Freddie to me who has been aiding me to find good tenants for my property. I am very happy with both their services and efforts in helping me. Without them I would’ve had such a smooth experience as a landlord. I appreciate all that they have done! They are amazing
