We had an amazing experience with Bairstow Eves. It started with viewing the flat we've been interested in. The agent that came to show us the property was very nice and patient. We want to say a big thank you to Freddie, he answered all my questions even when I texted him during the day. The check process took 1 day and next day we've been told when we can move. Having dealt with a number of estate agents over many years I can honestly say that I rate this office very highly indeed. The only reason they have got four stars and not five is that they have to recommend their parent company's legal services for conveyancing. Countrywide Conveyancing is to be avoided. However Bairstow Eves Romford gave us outstanding service. Many times the individuals on the sales team, particularly the manager James, went literally miles out of their way to help a vulnerable individual involved in the sale and gave great assistance in very difficult circumstances. Myself and my partner rented with Bairstow Eves Romford for 6 months. From start to finish the agency were super responsive and attentive - especially Jason who was always available for a chat over the phone to answer any queries. Due to unforeseen circumstances we sadly had to leave our property, the agency were so understanding and even offered to advertise the property while we still had time left in our tenancy to try and help our situation by getting another set of tenants in early. Freddie went above and beyond to make our early termination as smooth as possible. The service and professionalism we received was a complete breath of fresh air as opposed bad experiences we encountered with previous estate agents. I was referred to speak to a Mortgage advisor called Zinta at the Bairstow Eves Romford branch by Asim, and she was very helpful, honest, and genuine in her advice. No hard selling. Pure honesty. Besides Asim and James, Zinta was another one that impressed me to the extent that I may use her services for mortgage arragement, despite having already made arrangements elsewhere. These guys - Asim, James and Zinta are the best I've dealt with.

Impossible difficult to deal with. They charged us to renew the contract and then failed to do it. Landlord served us a notice to leave as she sell the property but agency did not refunded the fee charged for contract renewal. After we left the property in december, we did not received the deposit back as the landlord did not respond to phone calls and emails. 7 months after we moved out, they deducted £550 for God knows what and offered us the rest of money from the deposit after more than 20 emails and visits to the branch. The branch manager tried back in november to kick me and my then pregnant wife out of the office and everybody else was just watching. I cannot stress enough how bad they treated us. We was probably one of the best ever tenants for them and landlord, doing a lot of works to the house free of charge. We tiled the batheoom floor as was lino, we replaced the toiler, washing basin, bath mixer, shower mixer, washing machine, kitchen extractor, all the lighting throughout the house with LED panels, an LED chandelier in one of the bedrooms, powerflushed the heating system, installed Trvs to all the radiators, installed a water softner on water supply, installed external water and power supply in front drive, run power supllyto the back shed, planted roses and other flowers in the garden, etc etc. And all this in first year. After all this have been done, the landlord refused to extend the contract in april 2018 but did not let us know. The agency did not comunicatend all this to us and in october 2018 served us a 2 months notice to leave. This costed us £550 from deposit, time and hassle thanks to Bairstow Eves Romford. The contract was signed on behalf the agency by Victoria Picton and after she left the company, now we dealing with Ellie Miller. Ellie is the person who dealing with the landlord now and waste our time for the last 7 months. As a piece of advice, i strongly recommend you to never use them so you don't go through what we have gone.

They will answer any doubts you may have and if unsure, they will find out and let you know. Aftercare was very good too, calling to make sure everything is ok.
