From the very start they were so polite and so helpful, really taking the time to explain everything to me as a first time buyer. The level of customer service was second to none, with them going out of their way to help sort through all the paperwork and information from solicitors, even printing our contracts for us. They were always at the end of the phone and would reply to emails super quickly in such a polite and friendly manner. I would go back to Andrews to work with them again in a heartbeat! They give out your number to contractors and don’t even inform you about this or that you need works doing. When you report issues they ignore. When you call no one is available. When you send emails it takes days to respond. Please avoid renting from this company.
