We recently purchased a house, and Isaac's support throughout the entire process was nothing short of incredible.From the very beginning, Isaac was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to understand our needs and wants in a home, and he never made us feel pressured to settle for anything less than perfect. He was always available to answer our questions, no matter how big or small, and his communication was prompt and clear.One of the things we appreciated most about Isaac was his positive and reassuring attitude. I had the extreme misfortune to rent a property from Andrews in the South Wales area. Portfolio Property Manager was Nicola Holdaway. What a vile company to deal with, rude and obnoxious staff who couldn't care less. Getting any response from her was a nightmare, so unprofessional, I would not recommend this company and will certainly never use them again.

We had a horrible experience with Andrews managing our property, thankfully we managed to get rid of them. They mismanaged our property, our managing agent was not qualified to handle a property and budget, we had in total 4 managing agents in 2 years, they were unresponsive, left the property with health and safety risks, mismanaged our account and some of the money we had mysteriously disappeared. Paid invoice twice to the contractors, and it goes on. This added an enormous amount of stress for having to micromanage a company we were paying for. Dodgy company (scammers?) which need to be investigated. Best decision ever to not use them.

Sarah Robinson was very quick when we requested a plumber to fix our boiler, she understood that we have 14 month old child in the house and going without hot water and heating was not ideal for a child. I like to thank Sarah for her quick response and empathy for our situation.
