GoogleI have to say I am very impressed with the standard of service from FBM, especially Lisa who was overlooking the sale of our property. She kept us informed every step of the way and was an invaluable point of contact throughout the process. Her professionalism and efficiency was excellent and I would not hesitate to instruct them again when selling a property.

GoogleWith hindsight we would not use this estate agent again. A senior sales negotiator who says she does not negotiate, a branch manager who does not communicate with buyer and seller effectively and a director who does not answer e-mails. There are better out there.

GoogleThroughout a rather difficult sale Lisa kept us informed every step of the way and also acted as a very diplomatic go between. Despite difficult working conditions she was friendly and upbeat despite all that was thrown at her. Quite probably wouldn't have got the sale without her help.

Disappointed to discover that there was another viewing just 15 minutes after my appointment so i felt extremely rushed. Further disappointment when i drove past property 45 minutes later to see the later viewing was still there!!! Also the agent present was unable to answer the simplest question
