I would like to thank Katie, for her professional assistance with purchasing a Bungalow at Whitlow, Saundersfoot. Katie was very informative when showing us around the property, unfortunately did not get the property. Katie rang later to say that Whitlow came back on market, would we be interested in purchasing the same property. Katie was very good in answering all of our questions, giving her time so that we could revisit the property. We finally purchased the property, Katie gave us an excellent service, a smooth exchange and quick. Katie also provided after sales service by ringing to enquire if we were happy and everything went smoothly. We would definitely use Katie for future buying and selling. Thank you . Mel and Pat

I can't thank Katie (Davies) enough for the fantastic way she handled my sale. No home sales are easy, but there seemed to be a lot of hurdles with mine - all from outside sources. Each time Katie addressed these issues and found ways around them. All with a lot of guidance, honesty, patience, empathy, support, and a genuine interest in working in my best interests. After securing the sale agreed, Katie constantly kept in touch with me, my solicitors, the buyers solicitors and the agent for my purchase making sure the sale progressed as quickly and smoothly as possible. I only ever dealt with Katie who knew exactly the situation at any time. All my calls, emails and messages were answered immediately. I would highly recommend Katie - her expertise, knowledge and guidance were essential in agreeing and completing my sale.

As a potential purchaser in the area Adam has been very proactive in marketing properties but not too pushy either. Just on the ball and helpful in terms of arranging viewings etc. Some agents from other companies seem as if they can't actually be bothered to sell their listings but I would want my selling agent to be as on it as Adam.

I left a comment a year ago that appears not to be here now and left a one star. Jacky and her team harassed me and my daughter to the core. We went to court on a section 21 and we won, then to be told by Jacky basically your rents now up by £320 per month we struggled but paid it in the end to be able to move on. Jacky is not sweetness and light if all goes wrong for you, we were there for 11 years and not missed a payment before hand. Then went and took £55 off us for cleaning but the cleaners went in a few days after we left. I was confused. Listen its all ok as long as Jacky wants it to be.

Sam went out of his way to take and send additional photos and videos of the garden that helped us make a decision. I moved to Haverfordwest 2 years ago from Birmingham. My Parents decided to downsize and move from Birmingham to be near me.
