A fabulous experience and great service, initially from Katy Pearson at the Waterlooville branch. On decision to rent the property, she introduced me to Nadine and Shannon on the Lettings Team, again at Waterlooville Simple straightforward advice and explains everything in detail and has an excellent knowledge of the market and what it takes to sell or rent a house. All costs are explained up front and there is no pressure put on you to get things going straight away. Katy also gave some great tips on preparing the house for sale and how they qualify all of the potential buyers. I was very reassured that the viewings would not include any speculative views, and that ther was no nonsense around the "Lets test the market" and giving an over inflated valuation just to make me feel better. Professional and straight forward advice and really easy to have a conversation with. Nadine and Shannon have worked diligently to get the house occupied and rented out. We were able to put a smashing family into the house within 5 days of saying that we'd go ahead! Even then, the level of service continues to impress. Nothing is too much trouble and I'm really happy that Mann will be managing the property for me and have full confidence that they will continue doing a fabulous job. Some people will find the service expensive, but you really do get what you pay for and going to another estate agent could be REALLY EXPENSIVE!

Horrible experience as tenants

Horrible experience as tenants. Multiple issues beginning from ignoring maintenance requests as tenants to not responding to emails regarding deposit return after tenancy. Even ignored our request for more information regarding extending the tenancy - proceeded to act as if not inquired and upon questioning why, they said that we should've made a request. The agency doesn't communicate between each other and does not provide timely responses to emails and completely ignores questions asked through their website. As tenants cannot really choose the agency, a warning to landlords that the agency is highly incompetent
