Both Nadine Scutt and Shannon Dedman have been instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient process. I cannot recommend them highly enough. GoogleWe completed our purchase with Mann Waterlooville this Autumn and we were happy with the level of service. The process was not without pain but Josh, Charlie and Kiera from Mann were good at moving the process forward and chasing recalcitrant solicitors.

Horrible experience as tenants. Multiple issues beginning from ignoring maintenance requests as tenants to not responding to emails regarding deposit return after tenancy. Even ignored our request for more information regarding extending the tenancy - proceeded to act as if not inquired and upon questioning why, they said that we should've made a request. The agency doesn't communicate between each other and does not provide timely responses to emails and completely ignores questions asked through their website. As tenants cannot really choose the agency, a warning to landlords that the agency is highly incompetent

Morgan showed me around a property a few months ago, and I thought she was knowledgeable about the market and had good ideas about potential property renovation.
