I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with Mann Waterlooville has been so memorably *unique* that I felt compelled to share. If you enjoy unanswered calls, unreturned emails, and the thrilling uncertainty of never knowing whether your messages have been passed on, this is absolutely the place for you. Communication here appears to be treated less as a service and more as an optional extra. The situation became particularly concerning when my tenants failed to vacate my property. At the exact point professional management was most needed, Mann effectively washed their hands of the situation, leaving me without proper management or meaningful support. For a service that is specifically paid to manage and protect landlords’ interests, this was frankly unacceptable. Particular credit must also go to the staff’s ability to promise callbacks with remarkable confidence while delivering them with equal consistency (that is to say, not at all). On the rare occasions you do get through, the customer service approach can only be described as… abrupt. Overall, if you’re looking for a hands-off, character-building property management experience that really tests your patience, especially when things go wrong, Countrywide Waterlooville will not disappoint. ⭐ One star feels generous, but consistency matters, something I wish I could also say about the service.

What fantastic service I have received from Mann Rochester. I was very well looked after by Niamh throughout the whole process who remained patient and professional from beginning to the end. I’ve had several experiences renting properties in England, and unfortunately, my first one started badly, ended badly, and the agency’s attitude throughout those two years was awful, just like its reputation in the town where I lived, as I later found out. But then I met Louise from Mann Agency Waterlooville , and things changed completely. The first flat she showed me, by pure luck, became my home. I don’t know if it was her, her energy, or just her kind soul, but she felt sincere and genuine. After the first viewing, I didn’t even look for other options, and now I’m truly happy where I live. Honestly I don´t know where to start

Honestly I don´t know where to start. But after speaking to their Regional manager it all makes sense. First thing they wanted was to get us to speak to their specialist panel of mortgage brokes that can get more deals etc. In contrast to the last estate agents we bought from they wanted a fee up front etc. They were also keen to market our house for us and I asked multiple times to send me a some information oin their fees etc which was avoided 3 or 4 times. We have seen house that has been on the market for overa year, I spoke to the vendors son while at the viewing and he explained they weren´t in a rush and wouldnt need us to have a an offer on our house to accept an offer. I asked him and he said no he was happy because they arent in a rush. We were loking to put anb offer in when a reginal manager i have never spoken to calls up again trying to market our house, I told him I didnt get a good feeling from them and chose another estate agent we had a better experience withg and he went on to bash them for not being able to get photos for 2 weeks. I said the marketing on the other company and the treatment is much better and I was going to use them anyway and he proceeded to send a whstsap message. I get my name is difficult but I am dyslexic and a sales person and I make sure I spell people name correnctly so I mentioned like I said before about trust and I will post the transcript below of teh cinversation.. Premier league Estate Agents. Josh Nkire, Charlie Day & Kiera Pinhorne were like a breath of fresh air after our dealings with another local agent who shall remain nameless.
