Thank you for all your hard work Alex and Caroline on the sell and buy of our new property. Alex during your first visit to estimate the value of the property we sold your relaxed approached made us felt at ease, there was no pushing or hard selling and thats the main reason we went with your estate agent. The communications via email and telephone were excellent - Both you and Caroline kept us up to date, also your recommendations to solicitors and removal company were great (as we had a bad experience before). We are getting settled at the new property and we are very happy :)

If you are a student looking to rent a property with Raine and Co. You better be good at DIY. Do not expect much help from their maintenance office. Our boiler was broken before we moved into the property and it took 3 months over the winter to fix. One of the door locks was faulty so they had to break the door frame which they left it like that. Fence panels were broken on arrival and after continuous emails and phone calls it was never fixed so the neighbours had full access to our garden, a complete breach of privacy. As well as bed bugs being found in a headboard which their inspector happened to miss when checking the property. Every time you make an enquiry they either pass you on to someone else or they tell you they will get back to you, which they never will. If you want to contact the landlord directly you’re gonna be waiting 2 months while the agents attempt to answer poorly on their behalf. As a group of 3 we were looking forward to spending a year of university living together and instead we were stuck inside a house that had endless issues and an agency that simply did not care about us and only wanted to do the bare minimum. To top it off, expect a £100+ cleaning charge fee out of your deposit regardless of how you leave the property. We had multiple people clean the house and leave it in a better state than when we moved in, but they were stubborn and demanded payment just because they can. If you are looking to rent with Raine and Co. I cannot express how much I would recommend to do otherwise.

Sam helped us with our move and despite the referencing company taking a bit longer than would have liked, Sam was extremely helpful throughout and kept us up to date with everything throughout the whole process. We have yet to move into the property so are yet to have any dealings with the maintenance company however we are hoping we won't need to speak them too much anyway. Overall so far so good, experience has been 10/10!

Oh my god, where should I start. People from this agency are an absolute mess - not responsive, not helpful, not understanding at all. We had several issues during our contract - whenever we needed to repair something, we were contacting the agency directly and they took ages with replying or just simply did not reply at all. After some time, we just skipped contacting them and contacted the landlord's handyman directly as it was faster and actually got things done BUT let me remind you that this is the job of the agency. Also, when we moved in, the main door was barely closing and one of the beds had a massive hole in it, causing back problems to my roommate (got solved after like a month). When COVID started, we moved out (4 months before our contract ended and of course they did not return us any of the rent that we have paid upfront for that time, but fair enough). We cleaned everything perfectly and handed in the keys. In August, we were supposed to get our deposit back - we contacted the agency, took them over a month to tell us what is happening with our deposit (even though it should be done within two weeks after the contract ends). When we finally got information about our deposit, there was a deduction of over 300 pounds because there was "light dusting" and some mail at the door which we obviously could not have done anything about as we were long moved out. We disputed this, still working on getting it solved. I could continue writing about why this agency is so bad but I am so done with them that I will not. To sum up, DO NOT GO TO THIS AGENCY. It will be a horrible experience, I can guarantee.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

It is the first time I have ever used Raine and Co, and I have had a wonderful time experience with them. I initially meet Alex, a helpful agent whom I found to be kind and respectful. I encountered significant problems with my unprofessional lawyers, whom I don’t intent to use them ever again even if they were to be the only in my area. Not only their were unprofessional, but they also broken at least 3 times the SRA code and conduct. Anyways, leaving them aside I was lucky to have the help and assistance of Tsvetomir Dimitrov. He was the one that went an extra mile communicating with my unresponsive solicitors and finally we manage to get the sale through. Honestly the WORST, WORST Estate Agent. So rude and absolutely unprofessional. Maria's assistant in specific, I asked her to email me info on a property and the woman obviously was finding such a simple task so difficult. I have worked in sales for 5 years and I have never been treated so poorly...I would never speak to a customer like the way i was spoken to. So disgusting!
