GoogleI carnt praise Northwood enough 😊my house sold in just 2 days!! Melanie was so possitive and enthusiastic and was there for me every step of the way. The brochure was fantastic.. I almost didnt want to sell 😁 it was great that the offices are so local so I could just pop in I needed anything. They were also able to set me up with a solicitor for the conveyancing. I would highly recommend Northwoods I had a great experience which took the stress out of selling my house. Thankyou Melanie and all the team at Hatfield. Keep up the good work ❤️

GoogleABSOLUTELY SUPERB AND SECOND TO NONE. I am an experienced landlord with several rental properties, so having used various agents since 2007 I highly value good service. I do therefore recognise and very much appreciate how fantastic the service has been and has continued to be from this office. I have mainly dealt with Melanie and Nicola for my lettings and they truly have been superb, friendly, professional, helpful, thorough, always keen to to their very best and ultra efficient. I have recommended them to other landlords and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They found me lovely tenants who needed a quick turnaround and they were even faster than I could ever have hoped and I feel went above and beyond to help not only me but my tenants too. Before you instruct any agent (particularly if you have been with the same agent for a while) check their fees against Northwood as you may be surprised to see how much you can save on fees. Low fees and great service is what us landlords want after all. Melanie and Nicola are an absolute credit to their company as are all the staff members I have dealt WITH. THE BEST SERVICE EVER AND THE BEST STAFF EVER!

GoogleWe have tried to buy a house with at least 2 other Estate agents recently and I'm please to say 3rd time lucky. Thank you, Alyx and Karen you made the buying a very pleasant experience and you were both brilliant in your service. This estate agent has been a breath of fresh air, the staff have been brilliant and I've had interactions with nearly all, very helpful nothing was too much trouble and also very bubbly and efficient. Communication was great, they called or I called if I had information and even our solicitor said they enjoyed the limited dealings, they had with them as it should be. Even after the sale I had a query and that was dealt with effectively. I want to thank all the team and Mel you should be proud I can't recommend you all enough.

GoogleNicola was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I have never rented through an estate agent before, but she really made the whole process so easy. From showing me round the property, that I have now been signed off on, to going through the paperwork with me and explaining any queries I had. It’s stressful enough moving, but Nicola and the the team got the job done and took all the stress out of it. Cannot thank them enough.

The whole team at Northwood, Hatfield, have been very professional and caring from start to finish of the sale and purchase of both properties. They have gone over and above me and worked hard to complete before the 31st March so I could avoid paying the extra stamp duty. Well done everybody.
