All the staff at the Hatfield branch have been great , from Mel who viewed the property, took the photos etc to Karen Hobbs . Karen was constantly updating me as the buyers were slow . She contacted the buyers and their solicitor to hurry the sale along . I was kept in the loop , I found Karen to be friendly and very professional at all times . She proved to be very knowledgeable and a great person to have on side .

We quickly sold our home through Northwood and also purchased our onward property through them. Nicola's excellent local knowledge and friendly manner helped to sell our house. Karen was very helpful in liaising with all parties to push the sale and purchase on. Would recommend the team.

I cannot praise the team at Hatfield enough. They support me through a particularly difficult sale and as a first time seller guided me through all the different stages. I thoroughly recommend them.

Melanie, Nicola and Karen are fantastic. They are very knowledgeable, approachable, friendly and above all professional. My bungalow sold incredibly quickly and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Northwood again if I moved back into the area. Thank you team.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.

The reviewer ticked it on the review form, the agent recorded it, or the review says so. Reviews that do not say are not counted here, so the real number is usually higher.
