GoogleWhat a proactive service from Sam Hussain of Moving Places! I called him asking for his help to give me an estimated rent for my Hatfield property in mid-January. While I have been remortgaging it, he has called me asking if I wanted to rent it yet because he had potential tenants looking for a property in my area. I met him for the first time on Saturday 10th February 2018 even though he doesn’t usually work on weekends. He took some photos, put them on Rightmove. Monday 12th Feb he let me know that potential tenants would come to view it on Tuesday 13th Feb. On Wednesday evening, he called me again and said: “ALL DONE! They signed and put deposit already”. He let my property within five days.
If you have a property in Hatfield and surrounding areas and want to sell or let, I hugely recommend you to give him a call, and you will be surprised how fast he can do that for you.

GoogleI have been with MP for almost 6 years now and if i am honest they have never left me down as a landlord. Beej has always been professional with us and looked after any issues that arose with our rented flat.
Most recently Sam worked his magic in negotiating a great deal for me and for that i am very thankful for his professional and hard bargaining skills to achieve a great return.
Sam jumps on matters promptly as do the rest of the MP team who i have every confidence in.

GoogleIf I could give this agent zero stars, I would.
Terrible company. The people who have reviewed are affiliated with the company or have obviously been asked to make them look better than they are.
DO NOT USE THEM. They exploit students and they made my second year of university particularly stressful.
They only care about the money. Our terraced property was not even cleaned before we moved in! Our property was also missing vital things such as a fire blanket... slightly illegal don't you think?
If you have any problems don't count on them for anything as they will NOT help you.
We have battled with them to get our deposits back, we were a group of five girls - good tenants. We had to even pay for a cleaning fee, taken off our deposits which was apparently £450 for a small detached house.
I have only just received my deposit back and I am now in final year.
I had thought about taking things further but honestly I'm so glad I never have to deal with these people again.

They have not trimmed the hedge or cut the grass this year!
I and the students who live there have complained to them but they're doing nothing!
Other letting agents in this road and they look after the property.

The have been kind enough on many occasions to inform me of any new changes and kept me up to date with tenancy. They even went to the trouble to getting my carpet changed and then only charged me part of the final cost as a goodwill. Would recommend to any tenant or landlord without any worry.

Be warned - especially if you are student, our house was trashed on our move in day (some pictures attached - have many more) and that was just the start.
