GoogleI purchased a property from moving places, Kat dealt with the sale, I’ve never had the purchase of a property go so smoothly thank you so much. I then asked Sam in lettings to find me a tenant for the property and again he found somebody very quickly and the process was flawless thanks Sam. Great team I will definitely use them again.

GoogleAs a student in Hertfordshire university, I have used moving places a number of times with no complaints. Not to say I’ve not had issues with the property but always found the staff at MP always willing to get things rectified with urgency. GoogleAVOID AVOID AVOID Lived in Hatfield for 7 years and used moving places for one of those years - I found them to be painfully slow in responding to any emails, have withheld our deposit without any invoices to show why the deposit has been withheld, and actually asked us to lie to the owner of the property that Moving Places had been around to inspect the property prior to the owner inspecting - they are only after £££££ - did not find one single person in that office I could describe as competent

GoogleFrom my experience, this is an agency that SHOULD NOT be trusted. During my time renting from them, many issue were occur with them. First and foremost the biggest issue is that they can excess YOUR ROOM whenever they want WITHOUT YOUR PREMISSION OR CONSENT. When your not in, they will unlock your room and explore. There had been rumors saying they went into room while the tenenat were absent to take their valuables like laptops ans etc due to having some disagreement with the tenants. Therefore, ive been taking my valuables with me everywhere I go, EVEN JUST TO ALDI AND ASDA. As for the prices for rent, at first they say it was £500 then they somehow force it and making it £800, this is absolutely obsured. Furthermore, when I wanted to change my room door lock, they said it was £50 at first, then increase to £100 and now £150. The increase is done within a few days. Lastly, they attitude towards the tenants is extremely rude. Although the first meeting and inpression was nice and friendly, but after your their tenant? Nice and friendly dissapear. This is my experience, im writing this to help you. Whether you believe or not its up to u. From what I know is, they’ve been BUYING 5 stars reviews. Therefore, the decision is for you to decide which is fake and which is real.

GoogleGenuinely the worst estate agents I have ever had the misfortune of encountering, if you are looking for student accommodation look elsewhere! They changed out contracts, left us without heating over winter and a broken fridge/freezer for 2 months. I only wish I could give a 0 star review I think it's fairly telling that every time someone has a complaint against you, it must be their fault... you sound a little bit like Trump going round shouting 'FAKE NEWS' at everyone who disagrees with them. I also really like that you have reviewed your own business 5 stars, classy move right there
Hi Ben, I am completely mystified with your review. You were a tenant at lived at one of our managed properties that you shared with 2 other students. There was a leak that had damaged one of you flatmates room. This particular tenant was given the opportunity to leave the property earlier then the contract date as part of his compensation that was agreed by the Landlord. The other tenant paid his rent completely and had no problems. However, you self-deemed your room 'inhabitable' yet still lived there everyday and refused to pay rent - This has been confirmed by your housemates. As this case is now going legal to recoup the money that you refused to pay.

GoogleWe have been with Moving Places for over three years, renting different properties. Would highly recommend due to their friendly, yet professional service. All issues are dealt with efficiently within a professional manner. The entire team should be praised - in particular, Sam Hussain and Amber Gifford - as well as their owner. So far we have only dealt with Moving Places as tenants, however will definitely return in the future to purchase a house with them one day. Extremely reliable service, highly recommend to all.

GoogleSam (one of the agent from Moving Places) has been great for me and my wife. We managed to get an excellent flat in Parkhouse Court and for the past 5 months living in here, the job that he has done was excellent. Every emergency calls were answered and being sorted accordingly. We are fully satisfied with his work so far and would highly recommend to our friends and families in the future.

GoogleThis is the worse letting agency I have ever had to deal with. The administration is awful. Communication is shocking. Knowledge of the market is non existent. The staff were unhelpful and unorganised. Once they have your money, they don't really care. They provide very little support and are hopeless at dealing with queries. Double check everything they say and promise to do. So unreliable. Steer clear!

GoogleGood experience with this agency so far. I’ve been their customer for the last 4-5 years. I’ve bought some properties from them and they are managing my rental properties. I have been dealing mostly with Amber and Sam. Very good and timely communication, reliable and professional. The management is all inclusive and there are no additional, hidden costs. They look after my properties well and no problems in sourcing tenants.

GoogleIf you want to be cheated out of money, maliciously deducted or your deposit will not be returned, then come to this agency. If you have any problems during your stay and want to wait for them to solve them, just one word: wait indefinitely. They know very well that we Chinese students should be ignored. Please choose them carefully.
Dear Tenant, I don't know who you are, but if you are a tenant, I think you are causing too much damage to the property. Your companion leaves the hotel and you give your friend the key. They did a lot of damage in the summer.
