I would also single out Sam on the lettings side who provides fantastic support. He is energetic, thoughtful and very responsive. GoogleThey have the best houses in Hatfield, but managers in this place are so bad. They will do everything to get money from you as quick as possible. And donβt give deposit back. I am in Hatfield 5 years and I would say I never meet agency with this kind of disrespect

GoogleExcellent service. Received lots of help from Devyan. He was really helpful. At one point my brother and I needed accommodation for only a month and he helped us get a proper flat in an affordable range. Iβd highly recommend moving places to students looking to rent accommodation in Hatfield.

GoogleAfter end of the tenancy, agent did not provide any invoice for the cleaning and gave unreasonable price, I had to spend time asking for the details of cleaning and still got no info, watch out what you are paying for these people. I'm really upset about the customer service they provide.
