Just Property reviews in Hastings

Good. Ish.

In general everyone was pleasant and professional, and despite a long and somewhat bumpy ride we got there in the end. However, it's only three stars because the busy housing market seemed to take their eyes off the ball. It felt as if they were constantly so busy, they weren't particularly engaged in getting my ouse sold at its best price; communication was at times pretty poor; and I never was sure who specifically was dealing with my sale - it seemed like every other time I rang or got an email i was dealing with a different member of staff. But, as I say, the guys (all guys) were friendly and engaging and the sale was eventually made.

We spent three months looking for a property in Hastings and always found the staff at Just Property to be very friendly and helpful. They were the agents for the house we eventually bought and continued to be helpful even after completion. We were also pleased with the house welcome gift they gave us. Would highly recommend.

I'd like to echo the sentiments of the 97%. I have used Just Property three time over the years. They just do it properly at Just property. Kept me posted all the way and made what would normally be a stressful time more bearable. Whether you're buying or selling, if you want results without the flannel, these are the 'go-to' people. I recommend them without hesitation. A special thanks go to Charles and Ben. I won't be using them again but that's because they've made it possible for me to realise a lifelong dream of moving to the Scottish Highlands.

Just Property provide a very thorough and professional service. I was particularly impressed by how we kept fully informed and up-to-date at all times. In the past, with other agents, I have had to call to ask for progress reports, but with Just Property they were extremely proactive and in touch very regularly with updates. Highly recommended.

The best estate agency we have ever dealt with. We bought and sold through the new Bexhill branch. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They kept us informed and were both professional and friendly. Ben and Jo replied promptly to all requests for information. We would highly recommend them!

I have recently purchased a property and found the whole experience dealing with Just Property agents a very nice experience. From the first viewing which there were a few right through to completion. The staff were polite friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Hopefully I won't look to sell again, but if I did I would use them again.

Great service

We have just completed a sale and purchase and are currently going through another sale. We have had to go through a difficult process with two sets of buyers dropping out at the last minute as we were attempting to hold on to the purchase of the house that we desperately wanted. Throughout the process the Just team have been unfailingly friendly, patient, reassuring and generally extremely helpful. They have always kept us up to date and been readily available to discuss progress. We would happily use them in future and recommend their service to others.

Thank you Just Property for everything!

From the moment Charles came round at our first meeting we knew we were in good hands. We had 26 viewings, all appointments booked with us in good time and constant contact and feedback. Issie also gets a mention here, glad she was working for us ...a great negotiator, constant updates and achieved to result we wanted.Once we had accepted an offer, Ben took over dealing with everything.Everything so smooth, nothing a problem. They really have earned every penny of their fee, we’re absolutely delighted.Top Class !

The Kind of Estate Agents I Needed

Just Property are exactly the kind of estate agent I needed to act for me when selling my house and purchasing another property in the same area of East Sussex. They have a very professional approach and take the time to listen to their clients, and in my experience they went the extra mile to help us with the buying and selling process. As a company Just Property are pleasant, personable and helpful to deal with, and were very knowledgeable regarding the different types of property their agency handles. I’m happy to say that their excellent service met all of our expectations and would thoroughly recommend them to handle the buying and selling of your home.

A* rated Estate Agents :)

I would not hesitate to recommend the Just Property Team. We have just completed a sale with them and they were professional, friendly, hard-working and (most importantly) honest throughout the whole process. It was not always the easiest of sales and Ben jumped in daily to keep us sane and make it happen. Thanks to all.

The team were responsive to emails and communicated well. The only reason I have not scored 5 stars is that the lease length was inaccurate on the property information, which was a vital piece of info when making our offer. Our estate agent required this from our leasehold property before it was advertised for sale online. I suggest Just Property do the same in the future, to ensure potential buyers have accurate information before making offers and decisions on a purchase.

Strongly Recommend

I recently sold my property with Just Property and couldn't be happier with their service. I was initially swayed by the marketing package offered by Knight and Knoxley but when they failed to sell our property after a number of months and made a number of errors, we decided to go back to Just Property. Not only did Just Property sell the property for us immediately (and have several offers on the table), but they were a delight to deal with. They are an honest bunch with real integrity. They try their best to get the highest price but also know the market well and will be frank and fair with both buyers and sellers. I couldn't recommend more and would only use them if I were to sell in Hastings again. Thank you.
